Great gym! Staff and members were incredible friendly, everything is clean and well maintained. Equipment is in great shape and the drop in or day pass is very reasonable for everything that is available here. If I lived here this would definitely be my go to gym and will be where I go whenever I am in Santa Fe.

I am revising my first review to which I had concerns about unsanitary showers. The problem has since been remedied. Much appreciated!

Decent gym, great equipment and facilities, much better than anything else available in Santa Fe.I’ve walked in on dudes making out and feeling each other up in the locker room 3 times now, wish they could do something to stop that

We went to get some information from them but they said we had to fill out our information on their tablets before they could help us. We left. We looked up their privacy policy online and it literally reads that they sell or share all of your information with many other companies including photos of you, personally we do not want to share information with companies that we have not requested information from. We personally do not want to get bombarded with Spam and emails that we don't want.We signed up with another gym that does not ask for all of this information and it does not share any of your personal information and they have so much more

There is absolutely no parking available. The 3 workouts I was actually able to find parking for cost me over $100. I drove around 3 other time for between 20-30 minutes with numerous other members looking for parking and got frustrated and left. Numerous better options available.

I enjoy the place. It appears clean, but super busy and it's not always people working out. Some people come here to socialize or admire themselves in the mirrors. Sometimes getting a lane in the pool is a wait. It show up super early or toward closing time, even then....

I have been disappointed with defined fitness. First no air conditioning in the women's locker room and now the hydro massage chairs have been out of commission for a couple of weeks with no date set to be able to use again!!

The terms of the membership were misrepresented by the salesperson. From the beginning I told the salesperson I would be moving before the end of the year (I move frequently for work) and she told me I could put the last two months on a freeze if I moved before the end of the membership. I am moving to Austin and subsequently went in to cancel my membership and freeze the last two months of the membership and the front desk and general manager said the salesperson was no longer there and they would not honor what the salesperson had told me. What is it with gyms, car dealerships and dishonest salespeople? Either they did not train the salesperson well enough or they lied, either way they shouldn't put it on the customer. It's not the money, it's the principle.

I have been to many gyms in Santa Fe, both local and corporate, Defined Fitness is the only gym I will go to from now on. The facility is clean and the staff is super friendly. I have been working with the same person for years when I have questions. Dano and Robert are superstars, and if you need any help I always recommend them. This is a no judgment zone, and I always feel welcome. Thank you Defined for opening in Santa Fe.

Nice gym, but the showers are cold. The showers can take over ten minutes to get warm. Last time I took a shower the water never even got warm. This does waste a lot of water and is not enjoyable.
