Defined Fitness Capital Club

The Defined Fitness membership is very reasonable.My favorite exercise is 60 minutes of swimming. Sometimes I have to wait for a lane to become vacant. I would love to be able to reserve a lane and not have to wait.With COVID, I would like the bathrooms to be cleaned by the cleaning staff after each use rather than once an hour.This morning was the first day I used the machines. I request there be TV options other than just sports and no FOX news.

signed up today and It was super awesome got a wonderful tour by a girl named Savanna She was very kind and knowledgeable. I am excited for the pool. It looked amazing. They also have great equipment. And a ton of free weights. Super clean and still using social distancing.

By far my favorite gym! I used to go to the riverside location when I was competing back in 2017. Staff was always amazing and the gym always spotless with everything I needed. Can’t wait for the Santa Fe club to open!

I signed up for this gym last year and prepurchased personal training sessions, expecting to be able to use it as a commuter. The gym did not open on time and was several months behind schedule. Company policy said that I was not allowed to use the other gyms before this location opened. Covid hit before this gym was open, and still this gym was not open even when the locations in Abq opened. Then I got laid off, and I will have no reason to go to Santa Fe. Beside having no reason to go to Santa Fe, and this no reason for this particular gym as there are none near to me and I have no vehicle, I have no desire to use a gym during a pandemic.I have been calling and leaving messages from the website for weeks without response. Today at around 11am I finally got ahold of someone who pulled up my membership and promptly told me they were with another customer and would call me right back. By the afternoon I spoke with a friend who has a friend who works at the gym, who said they would talk to someone when they went in at five. Sure enough, I finally got a call back around 5:10. When I said that I’d be. trying to cancel my membership for quite some time, I was questioned as to when I had called - as if I were supposed to be keeping a log - because they always call back. I could not believe she accused me of lying! When I got angry, she told me “I’m trying to help you” but I’m not sure what kind of help that was. When I told her how frustrating it is that she’d tell me that after telling me she’d call right back at 11 and wait until I had to call someone to call someone to tell her to call me, she told me nobody told her to call me - but given the time and the time the person who could help said they could help, I find that very difficult to believe.Nevertheless, I was told it would cost $99 to cancel my membership - the one I’ve never been able to use due to their not opening on time and the pandemic. They never mentioned anything about refunding the money from my personal training, so I can only assume they will pocket that as well. I am so disgusted by how this gym is handling this situation. Their inability to open on time is not my problem, if I had gotten to use the gym even once I would have no problem paying for it - but that’s not the case. But they refuse to clean up after their own mess.

Gym is huge! Great selection of equipment and very friendly staff. There's plenty of places to sanitize (due to pandemic) and the staff is constantly cleaning as well. There's plenty of room to practice social distancing. Kudos to the Defined staff 👏 …

Love this place! Santa Fe has been way over due for a gym like this that is still affordable. I love all the functional equipment and the free weights! Haven't tried the pool yet, but looking forward to it.

This Gym is better than almost any other high end competitor. Even tops Equinox in terms of cost, space and quality of equipment. The swimming pool in their Santa Fe location is outstanding. I would strongly recommend Defined Fitness for anyone looking for a top end training facility at a very reasonable price.

The new Defined Fitness Capital Club is incredible. The design of the club is unlike any health club I have seen. They have a wide variety of equipment including a large turf area for functional training. They offer hydro massage included with your membership which I enjoy. There is also an outdoor training area with turf and equipment so I can take my workout outside. Thank you Defined Fitness for bringing this amazing club to Santa Fe. I look forward to enjoying this club for years to come.
