What can you say about Allegiate other than it’s the best fitness experience I’ve ever had. The coaching, the people, the place and the equipment separate it from every place I’ve ever worked out. I waited for over a year for a location close to me to open it was worth it!

Can't say enough about how happy I am to be part of this gym. The workouts are perfect for anyone looking to build muscle and get stronger. If you like having a trainer-led workout class, with focus on strength, this is it.There isn't any cardio in the regular classes (they do offer a separate cardio class though) so if you are used to something like Barry's that is part cardio and part weights, this isn't like that. It's purely lifting. They take great care to make sure everyone uses proper form and technique, and have a pretty extensive warm-up to help prevent injuries.Overall if your goal is to get stronger and/or put on some size/muscle, this is a great place to do that.

Allegiate is a stellar gym that deserves your business! This place is great for professionals looking to take workout classes and network. The culture and quality of the classes/coaches makes my gym time the best part of the week. The program regiment was enough for me to avoid injuries, gain 15 lbs of good healthy weight over a year, and mitigate old injuries to include a broken back from a few years back as well as surgery on my hip and shoulder.Allegiate has done an amazing job in providing value to its customers.

My favorite activity is cross-country skiing, and last season I struggled to be able to ski for any length of time, let alone tow my toddler in her ski stroller. I was really out of shape after stress-eating my way through the pandemic and have also had some health issues which resulted in daily pain and mobility issues.I joined Allegiate in April, have been relatively consistent, and have seen amazing results! I’m stronger, my mobility is significantly improved, my daily pain is reduced, and right now I’m on vacation in Alaska and measuring my time on the ski trails in hours rather than minutes. I owe a lot of that to the improved strength and amazing stretch classes at Allegiate. A side benefit that I never considered is that my tech neck is pretty much resolved! The focus on opening up the shoulders helps with that if you sit at the computer all day!I’m usually the most out-of-shape person in each class, and yet I always feel welcome and supported by everyone in the class and the amazing coaches. If there’s something I can’t do, the coaches offer adjustments or alternative exercises that I’m able to do and still build strength. I love the focus on mobility and injury prevention and I can tell they use evidence-based methods to do so.Whether you’re training for the Olympics, or just want to be able to move better and improve your strength, this gym has something for everyone. I highly recommend giving them a try!
