Hands down the best planet out there, i strictly go because of the staff member vince. He makes the workout experience so good for everyone he’s so friendly and makes it such a positive environment to work out in. everyone i know that goes to the schaumburg planet loves vince and the way he cares about the members! thanks to vince for making working out so amazing and comfortable!!

Good atmosphere with everyone in the gym,Good music while working out!!But kinda curious why someone at the front desk was venting out loud.. he was "an older man" a shorter Hispanic guy? venting to someone while we were getting checked in..about the employees sleeping in tanning beds? And coming there after doing drugs and partying? Just constantly complaining about what the employees do? But overall they never bother me!

Great Place to work out! As advertised, cleaner than other clubs! Ventilation fans above and high ceilings was a determinant club-choosing factor upon COVID Pandemic easing. Assortment of equipment all meet my needs and well-maintained!Regarding the Showers, there needs a few improvements:- Towel Hook on wall outside of shower to grab towel (instead of throwing towel over curtain)- See if can improve water pressure and/or at least ensure hot water doesn't turn cold during a brief shower!Since I live quite close nearby, until I see an improvement with the showers, I will likely be taking my showers at home, which I don't prefer as I often workup a heavy sweat and would rather use your shower facilities when improved.Overall, for the price, variety of equipment, cleanliness, attentive staff and well-maintained facility, I rate really well at 4.5.
