Great location to open 24-7 with good customer service.Can get crowded during rush hours

The price is right and this place is really clean. Lots of machines. No grunting or lunking like at my last place. No judgement either. I love the Black Card perks of being able to go to the PF near my work during the day, and also the massage machines. Can’t beat it.

Great location. Great staff. Great experience working out with lots of equipment available.

8/10 for their customer service and open 24/7 cleanliness is awesome this location needs to update their machines other then that no complaints! not too crowded, its close to home so ill be coming here often

Clean gym, locker rooms are always spotless. Employees are nice. Paper towel dispensers run out frequently but that’s not a huge deal.The few complaints I have isn’t the employees or this locations fault, which is why I’m still giving it four stars. It’s the higher up’s who are in charge of these things. So I’m hoping the district manager or whoever sees this.I purposely picked planet fitness as they have stair steppers. There are over 30 treadmills and atleast 25 ellipticals and I’ve only ever seen MAYBE 20% of them in use at any given time. There are only six stairs steppers, only five working as one has been out of service for a few weeks. ALL the stair steppers are always all being used. Good luck going during peak hours weekdays around five. They really need to add more as they are so popular. Two other weight machines fall under this problem too. There is only 1 pectoral fly machine and only 1 calf extension. There is literally always an unspoken ‘line’ of people waiting to use the pectoral fly. It’s extremely popular. I’ve waited upwards of thirty minutes for my turn on it during peak hours. It’s not the companies fault that there are people there that don’t understand gym etiquette and how rude it is to sit on your phone for 10 minutes between each set. But it’s extremely annoying that this machine is so popular and there’s only one. Calf extension has the same problem albeit not as bad. Anything broken takes extremely long to get fixed. I’ve been coming here for 3 months and the hand dryer in the woman's locker room has been broken that entire time. again, this isnt the employees fault. its the district's fault.

in general planet fitness has bad service because last time I went they let me in am with the membership of my brothers and my brother wasn’t there and let me remind you that was yesterday today they didn’t let me in when I was there because my brother apparently was suppose to be there and I that one lady said that and my brother said he also hates that lady

The facility is clean at all times. The staff is friendly and courteous.

I've been going to pf for over a year now and I absolutely love this location. It is very clean, organized, and you can tell it is taken care of. Not once was the locker room dirty or cluttered. The aura from staff and other customers creates a very safe, comfortable work out environment.I usually go late at night and the workers there are some of the nicest people I've ever met. Vince is the kindest person you'll ever meet. He always says hi and is so sweet. He's always making sure everything is steady and clean on the workout floor!Overall, it's the best gym to go to :) a very well rounded location. Props to the employees for building that foundation!

It’s a clean gym with a lot of equipment to use.As long as you don’t go at peak times (use planet fitness app), you will be able to get in and out without waiting for a machine to free up.Also… the planet staff are very friendly!

The workers are great and so are the people that come here. Always have a good workout and don’t typically have to wait long for too many things. Everything you need is here! Also Vince always makes me feel welcomed and is just a great asset to PF, he’s always on the move, give that man a fat raise !
