Rude staff, dirty bathroom there are better gyms in the area that respects and appreciates their client. High rate of turn over, never the same staff. Opened late on Labor Day. Stay away from this location unless you don’t care how you are treated.

I have been trying to go to this gym for the past week and there is a sign that says closed in the front. I know they were in the middle of remodeling but never warned me or notified me when and how long the gym was going to be closed for. I have emailed customer service already and they have yet to respond to me. I am paying a memebership for this exact location and can’t even go and have not received any notice of what is going on.

Rotterdam's update positives; level ground floor, linear arrangement of weight machines, well lighted, removal of ridiculous lunk caricature, LCDs downstairs and digital clock upstairs. Negatives; same useless water fountains, downstairs clock still does not work, and True stretch apparatus relocated upstairs. With shipping containers in the parking lot, I am guessing there's more to come.

Close early, on Friday. Saturday and Sunday. Machines are new and very clean. Staff is great.

Canclled my member ship a year ago physically going into the place never got a charge again until 10/1/2020 charged me $39 for club fees with no authorization manger is very unprofessional told me he seen the cancellation then says he doesn’t and won’t refund me my money will never do business with planet fitness again

My wife had a membership with Rotterdam NY Planet Fitness. She went into the gym and staff was rude told they couldn't cancel her membership, she had to do it in writing. She sent cancelation in writing several times but still they still charged bank account (7 months) and charged $39 a couple times. Finally put a stop payment with bank. Somehow Planet fitness got my bank card number and charged as AB Planet Fitness, I was never on the account. Still Manager refusing to reverse payments. Had to cancel card and file fraud charges with bank. Currently filing complaint with Better Business Bureau. Nothing like a "FRIENDLY" neighborhood gym.
