everyone I know who has ever been a member here never had anything good to say about it and are no longer members. Seems like they keep losing customers. Also, a friend of mine was working out and some random dude started making fun of them and laughing in their face about their leg workout.. great, comfortable environment right?

The price is right and I've never had any problems with staff or machines. Or with other patrons, for that matter. I'm just constantly annoyed by the fact that they are not open 24/7. Friday, Saturday and Sunday they have limited hours. Wouldn't the weekend be the BUSIEST times? Can't they even be open til midnight? No, instead they close at 7pm. It's a pain. Another general planet fitness annoyance is their annual fee. I'd rather pay $14/month and have no annual fee than $10/month and then a $40 fee every June. It sneaks up on you. You're watching $10 come out of your account each month and then all of a sudden it's $40 and you're like, "Oh right, it's time for that darn annual fee again". Just saying, if someone from Planet Fitness actually reads this, they should consider making some changes.

I've never had a bad experience here. This Planet Fitness location has always given me the "judgment-free zone" treatment, no matter how I looked going in there... heavier or slimmer. My experiences have been consistently positive and encouraging. I'd recommend this location.

What a joke.. management is a joke management told me I couldn't have a gallon water jug with me because it's a tripping hazard get the fuc outta here I'm sorry that I like to be hydrated when I'm lifting weights the very few weeks there are actually 2 lift how about you spend less money on pizza and more money on heavier weights oh right that's right you're not a gym they might as well just close the building down and Burn It to the Ground completely useless waste of space management also talked to me about dropping heavy weights clearly management doesn't lift weights because they wouldn't know the struggle uplifting over a hundred pounds over your head and returning it to its starting position definitely do not recommend not worth it go to Best Fitness you're better off working out at home then here

the Manager Jason is absolutely the last person who should be at a management position. I respect Dave Leon but This is the last place I would recommend to go workout. My friend was a former employee who quit, and his brother applied to the job and when he came in for the interview the manager told him to go home without a good reason! Planet fitness was the best place to be when John was under management, ever since he left all of the management have been terrible and have lost the meaning of customer service. Employees are ok but the manager needs improvement or he needs to be replaced! I am not the only one who feels this way.I have heard this from many former customers/employees! Something must be done!

Don't know why you all are so negative. PF is close, convenient, provide showers and lockers, yes new staff, but friendly as you get to see them more often and maybe you need to talk too. Machines are available and work, you just have to know which ones work for your body, you won't see results after a week you know! Been going for years (lost nearly 100lbs) and enjoy seeing familiar faces of people just like me that are happy with pf and enjoy fitness more than complaining ! :) Thanks PF for being open!

I'm surprised at all the nasty/bad reviews. I've been going to this gym for years and have no real issue with it. There are a few machines and other equipment that are definitely lacking, but overall it's great! I've never had a single issue with staff and the facility is always clean. I have a crazy workout schedule (at the gym by 3:45-4:00 am) and the 24 hour aspect is irreplaceable to me. The other gyms that open at 5am are not really convenient for someone to who has to leave for work by 6:30. The only thing I would LOVE to see is an ez curl bar. They only have one bar and for someone small (5'2") it's awkward to use because it's almost as long as me lol.

I have to say that the manager john fitzgerald is an igno*ant p o s , please stay away from this placethis is not a gym , it should be called toilet fitness , it got couple lousy ineffective workout machines no free weights whatsoever and to top it off they have a very rude staff .

I don't like this gym just for the fact that it's an affordable option. but most of the cardio machines don't work or missing things from them and doesn't incline when it's suppost to. if they only would inspect the equipment every so often.

I myself enjoy free weights. I've only seen 1 free weight bench press. Can't test my max because there bench don't hv enough hooks incase u can't push ur Max weight back up. Also they don't hv a free weight bench press either. Also i don't think they check there equipment often because some equipment needs oiled/Lube. Otherwise its ok but not everyone is old, free weights is always important to offer some people & this gym definitely don't offer free weights. This is disappointing to me. Staff is good & so is da coffee lol.
