Having to cancel my membership is borderline impossible. I've been through a several month long process now. I went through the appropriate procedure of sending a certified letter to the store, since I have moved a significant distance away. Receipt was confirmed by the post office, however, they pretend they never got it and still continue billing me. I've called several times and cant seem to reach someone of any competency. Avoid at all costs.

Set up good really good atmosphere .lots of different rooms and there's a upstairs you can always find your own space . The staff does a good job cleaning up the place they always have the vacuum going . The only complaint is the weekend hours I wish they would go to never closing open 24/7 .

While a member here, the experience was fine. Nothing bad to say, but when I moved and wanted to cancel my membership, it was a process vs quick and easy as it should be. I either had to come in personally or I had to send a certified letter. The whole reason for that is because they want the person to not jump through this hoop right away. There is no information that I am providing via certified letter that I could not provide over the phone. Simply my name and my birth date. There is a Planet Fitness out here near me and I will be joining a gym out here eventually, but now it will never be Plane Fitness.

Absolutely fabulous staff, spick and span judgment free zone to work on my body. Amber on the front desk is such a sweet and helpful young lady! Was hesitant over picking this gym. Honestly was planning on getting my coworker to cancel his membership and join "a real gym". However they have absolutely everything, except a pool/hot tub & sauna/steam room, and it is all maintained so clean. I'm probably always going to stay with PF after my several positive experience there now. Black card is totally the membership to get! Also I love how busy this location stays. Thank you PF crew for being outstanding and keeping the gym the same way!

Great experiences each time I go. I've been going everyday lately, and really enjoying getting to know the employees. Fantastic people, smart, kind, and eager to assist. This guy is always super clean, and in great working order. Big thanks for the employees for providing me with a fantastic experience.

This is a nice planet fitness. The locker rooms are normally clean, the showers have been as well. The equipment is definitely dated, as there are quite a few machines, but not all of them have been updated. Though it is a large location, it tends to be busy very often, and when it gets packed it is harder to use the free weights and many of the machines. Some of the busiest times are at 7-8pm.

This gym sucks . You wondering why all the negative reviews ? Well most reviewers have trained at this facility for couple years and they are not newbies .'' a place '' without free weights , without squat rack and benches / bars is not a gym , NO you will not build a physique without doing compound movements . the machines are useless , ineffective . You will never have a great physique without real exercising . a new management ? What i know we have had bad experiences with former managers like tje loser John fitzegarld . Anyway enjoy your pizzas and donuts they give you and stay fat.

For starters, I only gave one star because it was the minimum. I was misinformed last month about a membership cancellation that I have had the last 12 months not able to use due to injury. I was told the membership would be automatically discontinued after the 12 mo. mark. I called in today to clarify after I noticed my bank account was being wrongfully charged with fees. The customer service is very poor and the manager had some nerve to tell me that his employees are perfectly trained and makes no mistakes. That they couldn't have told me the membership cancels automatically. All in all, once I was fully recovered I planned to return to PF. No thanks! ✌🏿

Large gym, they have basically everything you need. Probably not the place for super serious bodybuilding but a capable gym regardless. The price is right and everyone is nice - staff and customers alike. Can get busy around 5-6pm, but I've never really had to wait for a machine

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Told me to cancel by a certain date in person, pulled up my profile and explained the process. I came in and cancelled when I was told but then a $39 annual fee shows up in my bank account because I didn't cancel before a different date I was never told. I called Rotterdam and Corporate, both said they should have explained it better but still not refunding. Be warned, they just want your money and do not care about their customers. If I could give 0 stars I would.
