I have been a member for 13 plus years and have seen many GM’s come and go. I want to give a shout out to the current GM Kalie. She has brought guidance and stability to the location. She’s always willing to help if there is an issue and she’s really hired/trained her staff well. It’s always nice when you are checking in and getting a nice greeting and also when you are leaving.I just thought she needs to be recognized.

I paid the premium of a month to month plan knowing I would be moving at an uncertain date. I called in to cancel my service and was told I needed to be in person but I already moved. I was told that I couldn't cancel over the phone because of fraud. Lol Who is calling to cancel other peoples gym memberships and how would that not be easy to solve when they keep showing up. This is what you should expect from a bad gym not an established one.

The gym and the child care is clean, well kept and the child care staff is great and always good to my girls. My girls love going to the child care at this location.

Writing specifically about the great changes with the child care management. They truly have been awesome and gone above and beyond interacting and plying with my kids. My kids rarely like being without me and enjoy going all because the friendly girls.

Although I posted a somewhat negative review last night, I’m updating that review following the absolutely stellar customer service I received from Kalie, the general manager today. Kalie reached out to apologize for the misunderstanding and had already implemented a solution to my initial complaint, which I sincerely appreciated. I continue to highly recommend this location including the overall quality of the staff, equipment and facility.
