MF Ice den is the perfect place to get in for a great workout!! Never packed and great atmosphere with a friendly staff!! Harrison was very helpful in making my 1st visit an enjoyable experience!

Attended 3 months of private lessons before I was fed up with being lied to, manipulated, harassed, and pandered disordered eating habits. All the staff care about is your money and they will pester you to purchase more things included MLM "fitness shakes". Seriously disappointed and disgusted....went there for a fresh start and support and ended up with a relapse in my disordered eating and being harassed for money.
