Mountainside Fitness Ice Den

As I new member I received an excellent tour, and explanation of what services are available. I was made to feel welcome and an appointment was made to meet my coach.

Katie is an amazing trainer!! The workouts she has for me are personalized, challenging, and great variety. Katie listens to me and is very patient. I have increased strength and cardio! I am super satisfied with the personal training I am receiving at Mountainside Fitness!!!

This is a really cool location. A little smaller, but a few friends go there, and it's smaller size makes it easier for me to get routines done faster. The aerobics room has everything I like.

Awesome facility and most friendly staff! They worked with my daughter to use the excise room to practice dance in need basis. We are so thankful!

This is a really cool gym! I did walk into the sauna instead of the lobby in the women's locker! Lol! I love the juice bar, the selection of equipment and your place is clean and set up very nice.Thank you!

In a word, unethical. I’ve never provided a negative review in my life, and It doesn’t make me feel good to do so now. With that being said, nothing about this gym makes me feel good. Yet I feel a responsibility to alert other potential would be members considering joining this gym about the unethical practices of this business and their management team.The gym is clean, and the staff is friendly...until you try to cancel your membership. I joined in 2020, visited the gym only 3 times before informing the staff that I did not wish to continue my membership. The staff, again very friendly, told me that I was informing them within the initial 30-day period and that I would not be charged. Well that was nearly 6-months ago and I’m still being billed and still trying to get them to stop charging my credit card. They’ve unethically taken several hundred dollars from me at this point. Again, the staff is friendly, yet their management team at the Ice Den location is clearly unconcerned about core values and customer satisfaction. Hence the review.So my advice is BEWARE! I’m choosing not to post their names yet because I remain hopeful they will eventually do the right thing. In the meantime, I keep receiving texts from their management team, informing me of their unethical (hoops) protocols. They’ve been informed multiple times, in person while on site, and via several communications, ie, texts.I live out of state, so if you are a snow bird, join another gym. Anytime Fitness is a gym owned and managed by ethical owners with several locations in Scottsdale and throughout the country. AF gyms are clean, always open and managed by ethical people.Wish me luck in collecting my money. If you decide to ignore this review and trust them, I’ll wish you luck when you decide to cancel.

I love this gym. The trainers are amazing. Every day is different. Its like having a personal trainer but not paying the high price cost. They have great challenges that hold you accountable, great classes like boxing, spinning, and stretch!

Convenient locations. The staff there are not just super friendly but knowledgeable about the equipment in thier gym. Signed up during my first visit and will continue going to this gym for the foreseeable future. Thank you mountainside fitness!

This places cares zero for public health.

Compared to the other mountainsides, I feel this location lacks a few of the qualities that make other mountainsides great. i.e. lack of space, natural lighting, and updated equipment and bathrooms. The staff are very friendly, but it's just so stuffy.
