I love the community at Flow! The leadership team is focused on creating the best member experience, the classes are led by expert instructors and the facilities are well-maintained, run by warm, thoughtful staff. I love working out, teaching, taking class and working here <3

Terrible customer service and billing practices. I signed up for a $30 trial in December of 2021 and cancelled my membership when I moved away the next month. I have been being billed for a full year after cancelling; I've cancelled again on THREE separate occasions, yet they continue to bill me. They've charged me over $1,200 of unauthorized charges in the last year and continue to provide no support in actually cancelling or refunding the amount. Do not recommend.

Great facility, great classes and equipment and friendly staff. Tiny nitpicks are it can get a little crowded and working the showers is confusing. My biggest gripe with this place is the music is always on waaaaaaaaaaay too loud, especially when there’s a class happening in the largest room. You can hardly hear your own music. It’s annoying as hell. The irony is that almost everyone is listening to their own music at the gym. Wish they would tone it down a little and play a better variety instead of just pop and club music.

Nice facility but super crowded for the size

This place is super super awesome! I've been looking into fun exercise alternatives and the amount and variety of classes offered here are unparalleled. I can do body combat, cycling, zumba, dance, yoga and many such classes throughput the week. The instructors are top notch, classes are fun and workouts are intense. Facilities are good and clean and staff is friendly and warm. I've had a really really positive experience and would 100% recommend coming here!

Love going to this gym for the fun classes they offer. They’ve got everything from HIIT to weightlifting, dance options like Zumba to BollyX, yoga to cycling, and more. Very easy to book these online and there’s a generous cancel policy where there’s no cost if cancelled up to 4 hours ahead. The facilities are kept up quite well, plentiful lockers, and there’s even a sauna.

If you cancel your membership they will charge you for an extra 30 days after you cancel. For example, if you cancel in the first week of the month they will charge you for ~50 days worth of membership before your membership is actually cancelled. The gym says that this is the industry standard. My response to that claim is this review.

Just curious: how much profit does this gym make from charging members' absence? People have reasons running late for class - work overtime, traffic delays etc - which they can't always predict 4 hours before the class. This gym charge members' absence fees. The classroom is smelly and muggy in summer.
