I was an employee here for two wonderful years. I miss this gym all the time. Great space for free movement, respectful members and I felt so valued as an employee. Justin and Brian do a wonderful job of keeping things fresh and giving everyone the opportunity to be a part of the action. If you are a conscientious shopper who likes to support companies that are doing right by their employees, Flow is it.

Love this gym. I've been hitting the gym 3x a week for ~ 10 years in 4 different cities over this time period. Flow is my #2 favorite gym (and it's 1/2 the price of #1, which had heated pools etc haha). In addition, owner is super responsive to feedback. Whether it be the addition of microplates, an additional weight belt, or broken wifi issues, never hesitates to respond/correct ASAP.Would give this place 6*'s if that was a thing!

I love this gym and it's staff;) good place to get a pump and/or take a class. Finish it up in the dry sauna. Boom.

As others have mentioned. The gym requires a full 30 day notice, otherwise will charge an additional months fee. While they will waive if you have proof of a new address, they are unwilling to waive charges for those whose life circumstances preclude a new fixed address (eg being laid off from a job).

My rating is for the excellent customer service I continually receive Shannon and Brian. I left right before closing but they'd locked the garage. I didn't see the call box, so went back to gym and Shannon called security to open the gate (they used to have people working on weekends at parking gate). She was very patient and helpful. Brian always provides great service with a smile. I feel bad they have to pick up towels off the floor in the changing rooms (c'mon members.... Pick up your towels and place in the bins!)Great job Shannon and Brian!

This gym does everything right. I lived on the "turf" where you can do cross-training limited only by your imagination, but the yoga studio and main gym floor are also excellent and met any need I had. Good culture and great staff. Lesley at the front desk is a super star knowledgeable about the gym, the human body, and fitness in general. Brian and Shannon in management are awesome and once did me a big billing favor that I will always appreciate. Mack the personal trainer and Training Camp coach is another super star that taught me a lot and pushed me big time! If you care about fitness and live downtown or nearby, Flow is a no-brainer. #GetInTheFlow

The gym is nice and policies are not. I would strongly encourages others to look elsewhere. You are paying a high price for a gym that does not put their members first. They require a 30 day notice for cancellations, which is reasonable. They do however, charge you the full amount for any charges within the following 30 days. I would expect them to charge you for the remaining 30 days but not any more. I am aware that I have access to the gym for the remaining 56 days of my membership. The policy is clearly in place to allow the gym to make more money. The owner claims(in reply on other review sites) that this is an industry standard and that it is essentially the same as breaking a lease. My reply is below:I do not care if it's a standard in the industry. I care about patronizing businesses that look out for their customers, it's a two-way street. No, apartment rentals are not the same. You usually have to pay a penalty breaking the lease but you only pay rent for while you live there.

Still horrible. Despite the rebranding, the people are still rude. The space limited and the price for membership is a means to gouge the ignorant Amazon employees.0/10 would not make gains here again.Special edit for the haters:Yes they have improved the floor; this I do agree on. They added a bunch of power racks and bench presses. However, they took away the complementary Yoga classes (these cost more on top of an already absurd monthly membership). THIS is my justification for the 1 star review. There is certain quality to the place but does not justify the cost of the membership. I have no other agenda than to dissuade people from spending so much money here when you can get the same quality of gym elsewhere for less than half the price. I have recently (within the last month) checked out the gym which look relatively the same, but with some nice improvements and a much much larger monthly rate. Also, when I originally made the review I think I hit the wrong front desk people. The last time I visited this month the front desk person was very nice and welcoming. Even gave me a nice tour. Raising to 2 stars because I do think management has improved things overall.Source: I worked out here when the rates were reasonable and not raised monthly
