Gym is great, staff are really nice, but hours are short and often closing for some event where some event isn't necessarily Covid.

A bit expensive for the facilities/selection. Good classes (though the turf feels like steel wool and they don't always give mats). Overall a clean, well-maintained gym

I’m not sure how to begin except with- I love this gym. First of all, the owner and the staff I have met so far have been so welcoming and positive. It’s not a large gym, but what it has is all placed well. The glass waterfall feature by the treadmills is a lovely touch, and some may say a silly thing that really made me eager to join was the fresh flowers upon entering into the locker rooms. Those little details are a big deal to me. All of the equipment looks very well maintained, and patrons to the gym seem to all really care about being consistant on wiping down the things they have used after using them-stations are set up throughout its entirety which makes it very convenient. The dry sauna after a hard work out or even a quick session to decompress after work has been an extra blessing. This gym takes care to have so many things available so you can pack less or cover you if you’re a go go type like me that can forget some items from time to time- like deodorant, mouth wash, hair tools, etc. I tried a handful of the classes, and all of the instructors have come off as very energetic and inclusive. I am not a terribly coordinated type, so several of the classes I had a hard time getting into since they followed a bit more of a dancer dance feel, but I did somehow fall in love with the Spin Fusion Classes! I am a runner… that is my happy place big time.. never ever did I think I’d be into spin-ya’ll spin folks are crazy! But nope! Addicted! After classes, cruising by the mini fridge full of damp COLD towels is a huge bonus when you’ve busted out during whatever your mission was for the day. This place is clean, the staff is considerate, and again I really love the little details. I’d say the only thing that been a little meh is when I go to shower in the morning (I do go very early) it takes a while for the water to heat up, but I wonder if it’s because I’m one of the first to turn them on. At any rate, I plan to remain at this spot for a long time. I’ve been a member to several gyms in my life time in different states, and this one is by far the best.

FLOW is hands-down the best gym & overall fitness facility in Seattle. The moment you walk in, you're greeted w/ smiles from genuinely friendly & helpful staff members. There's no pressure or "bro" / "salesy" vibes whatsoever, and their team makes you feel comfortable from the start.FLOW not only has great quality equipment, tons of free-weights, more racks that any other gym I've been to (you're rarely having to wait), and friendly members (a place you can actually make friends), it also has outstanding classes including spin, barre, yoga, and a variety of weight, cardio, and functional fitness classes - all available within a single and very reasonable membership fee.Ex: you can attend a single class at CycleBar or other spin studio in Seattle and easily pay $20-$25 for a single class, while Flows rolls great classes right into your membership cost at a MUCH cheaper rate.On top of all of this, FLOW has both a great location in SLU & an additional facility (w/ parking available) right in the heart of Fremont.Overall, I've been going to FLOW for 3+ years now and absolutely LOVE this place - highly recommended.

I go to this gym. I was informed by two buddies of mine who I met just 2 weeks ago, that they had an incident at this location dealing with harassment. I know the guy that they are talking about but can't name him for legal reasons. I have personally seen the guy approach my female friend on various occasions. Sometimes even 2-3 times on the same day.I never brought this up to management because I try to stay away from drama as I come to the gym to take my mind off things. I have to take their word about this incident because I do think the guy, and no guy should be using the gym to flirt with other members. I am leaving this review in anonymity as I just paid my next month, but I still think this is inappropriate. Hopefully they do better.

My 6th year of membership and still rating at 5 stars. I enjoy every moment here. From trainers perspective, Dough is amazing. Most of the staff have moved on. In evenings it's slightly crowded between 5:30 and 6:45pm due to proximity to Amazon HQ. Mornings are still the best. I strongly recommend this place if you are close by. I strongly recommend classes of Sara Adineh and her classes gets booked ahead of time. Cheers ( July 2022)--++++++------This is my personal favorite gym. I have been working out in this gym for last 3 years.Staff:1) Staff is extremely welcoming as you enter the gym. Based on my interactions, I understand Justin (Owner) + Brian takes care of them very well in terms of benefits. During the recent snow, Staff safety was given utmost priority and all the group classes were canceled.2) The trainers know what they are doing. I have worked with 2 trainers (Freddie and Steve) and I find them helpful to reach my goals.3) Very much process oriented system. They have right tools for members to book slots for group classes some of the trainers are really good.If you are reading this review just contemplating if you should try Flow, I would suggest try for a week. My personal suggestion would be find a gym close by where you can work out regularly. For Yoga: Frances - Must try for one of her sessions.Body combat: Sara A: One of the highly rated classes. The session is filled with lot of energy.Barre: Margaret: Amazing trainer. Makes every one very inclusive and help to get their best.Strength camp: Freddie /Christian (Who was training Seattle Reign Soccer team) / Mack. You can’t go wrong with this. There are other trainers whose session I have not attended due the time of the session timings.Equipment: They have standard ones, well maintained but this center is usually busy during peak times (~6-7PM ).Things I would not suggest here are: Services some external party come to support like Diet Consultation. Do your independent research than choosing some service since it’s in Flow.

Love Flow Fitness! I initially used ClassPass to figure out which gym worked best for me after moving to Seattle. Some other gym environments skew a bit young, intense and hardcore, but I like that the classes at Flow are extremely welcoming, diverse in fitness level and provide you the space to either go HAM or take it easy, depending on what you want/need that day. The instructors are very encouraging and friendly… they’ll give you plenty of opportunity to push yourself but won’t bark at you or create an intimidating atmosphere. Have taken classes with and really liked Andi, Lindsey & Analise!

Ive been coming here for about 8 months. Great gym overall! They've got just enough of everything, the amenities are vast, and there is a ton of space, despite it being right in the center of SLU (which rocks!) Only gripe is that in the 8 months I've been coming here around noon, the mens shower has smelled progressively worse, and the mats are often slimy. Idk what the cleaning routine is, but the whole shower area could use some bleach.

Decent equipment, close to zero wait time *given the current attendance*, professional and friendly team, they are serious about COVID-19 measures.

Came in for classpass and the front desk said I needed ID or to check my phone to prove my identity then she rudely said I needed to wear mask even though I saw other people not wearing masks. She said you have to prove that your vaccinated. I know this is cdc recommendations or whatever but other gyms aren’t making you prove that your vaccinated like this one.
