With the hussle and bustle in the area, this location is perfect for before, during and after work , workout . Staff is welcoming and always alert . Staff is always walking the gym to maintain cleanliness and politely enforcing rules . Manager on site is always available to assist with a pleasant attitude.

Terrible customer service, machines are worn with cracked upholstery, trash often overflowing, paper towels often left unfilled, staff arbitrarily decide when to enforce rules and who to enforce them against.

last month i went to the club to talk to a member manager to pay and cancel the membership but this month i still have money deducted from my account. I went to the club again today, another member of the club replied that I have not canceled my membership. is this a scam?

This is for the Rainier Beach, Wa location only! I went there while on vacation and was very disappointed! It appears as though they are not properly using the yearly fee they charge their normal members appropriately as all the cardio equipment looked like it was what use to be at my normal location before they upgraded this past winter. The locker room had broken locker doors, the hair dryer was completely gone, and the designated areas (pf360, stretching, hips & abs, 30 minute workout) were all in one combined area.I would recommend finding another PF in the area if you need to go while on a trip.

I think they git ut right, a two tiered, no frills nice gym, keep it clean, simple, functional, affordable and welcoming for people of all ages, sizes, conditions. And it's a great "plan B " kind of place, if you are experiencing a plumbing crisis..you can shower and use a toilet. Even way after hours... I think most members are somewhat serious about their workout, it's not a social club with weights.

Machines are always brocken, bathrooms need to be clean and some of the staff need to work better at customer service.
