The place is always very clean. Staff it's always been courteous and helpful. The only issue I'm having right now are the two showers, that have been "Out of Order" for some time, one of which is the handicap shower stall.

Their having free membership for teens this summer. Me and my friends go there like everyday now to workout. They have different areas for different types workout which is cool.

They have excellent massage chairs and are open to members of Planet Fitness 24/7. They are very clean and sanitary. COVID-19 vaccination cards are a must have to exercise or use facilities. I love Planet Fitness.

Not even the best location. Some showers closed, a couple of toliets not working, several pieces of equipment out of order, workout seats and pads are fraid and torn. Worst of all the place is dirty. It gets a lot of use and shows it. Will not go back to this one.

This place is horribly unclean, they regularly run out of paper towels, the bathrooms are a mess and the equipment is in a state of disrepair with no signs of replacement. This massive hair ball was blown on me when a person threw down their mat about 5 feet away.

SHOWER AND BATHROOM AREA ARE SO DIRRRTYYYY !!! I have been here twice a week apart and the toilets are still the way they were a week ago.1st one DOESN'T FLUSH, MEANWHILE, ppl continue to go in there and use it. GROSS2nd one NO TOILET PAPER, also, Ppl continue to go in there and use ut WITHOUT WIPING THEMSELVES GROSSSS3rd OUT OF ORDER4th IS THE ONLY ONE THAT WORKS.LET'S NOT FORGET the SHOWERS the shower curtains are so encrusted with mildew it is clear they DON'T clean the showers. Came to the gym at 7 AM, and they literally asked me to go home and get my vaccination card. Previous to this visit I brought my vaccination card at least 20 times, but upon scanning into the gym to workout, no one checked it. So I stopped bringing it. And then of course the one day I don’t bring it they want to scan it and tell me that I cannot work out unless I have it.. even after offering to bring it to them later on in the day…. They probably should’ve asked me for proof the 20 times previous to this one, when it wasn’t 7 AM. Very poor communication and unprofessional management. Cool with them seeing it, and totally understand that…. But why didn’t they ask me for it in the first 20 days they instituted the policy? Glad I found a new gym.

I waited 2 hours for it to open. No one showed up. A random guy walked out of the doors and left them open. People went inside when there were no employees. People called the police. It was ridiculous and i’m hopefully going to cancel my membership and get my money back.
