Recently while visiting Seattle from South Florida, I visited this location on two occasions. This is a big beautiful club and one of the most impressive things was that the staff was friendly and that the club was so clean. While I was there I pointed out how clean the club was compared to the one I belong to in South Florida. He said thanks and appreciated the recognition of their hard work. I recommend this club to anyone visiting the area, it is about 1/2 mile from the Lite Rail stop so very convenient. Keep up the great work.

Very cheap price for a gym.But they dont offer group lessons in a different studio. It’s good for cardio lovers and resistance workouts. Generally not so busy. To reserve a personal fitness program, you can wait 1-2 months! There isn’t so many instructors to help. If you are just starting yourself, you an feel intimidated. There are some programs for groups but not always. But of course, their hydromassage is completely amazing to relieve you body and your spine.

I just joined a few days ago, and have worked out every day since. It's a huge place, bright and very clean. Very friendly staff. It is largely filled with cardio equipment, of all sorts. I mean ALL SORTS! I have never seen a Stair master …

Love coming to this location. All staff is friendly, easy to talk to, and will ensure you know of all the services they provide. Also, truly a judgement free zone. The people there really just go there to do what they need to and go home. Everyone is kind to another and the facility is super clean. Perfect. Don't know why someone said that someone was being racist. They are far from it.

Clean, new gym. Very inviting staff and great membership rates. Everyone seems easy going and there is a strong feeling that everyone is there to improve themselves. This gym isn't really for competitive or professional weightlifters and athletes. There is a strong bias for "average" people and making them feel welcome and not judged.

Julie the Assistant GM and her team are absolutely amazing, I had one issue that she took care of extremely well and managed to convince me to keep our Nike accounts with them!I wish the actual GM was friendlier, and as personable as Julie.Great gym, always clean, and the staff is always friendly!

Great gym for the price. My wife and I signed up for the $10 membership and then switched to the Black Card so we could use the massage chairs. Equipment is good and staff is nice and lockers are clean. Only negatives are the water pressure is low and the water is sometimes cold when you take a shower. There was also a scale in the men's locker room, which has been removed for some reason. Parking is not the best but if you come in off hours like I do, it is fine. The massage chairs are the best part and when it is slow you can use them for longer periods then 10 minutes.

I signed up here at the end of Jan, and have really enjoyed going. All the employees were friendly to the point it felt good that they would start remembering and great you like a friend than another random visitor. I was a little unsure of lifting as I did not have knowledge of the machines, so I only went and ran. Since mornings seemed slower I decided to switch to get the courage to start lifting. While there in the afternoon I noticed many people had bags on the floor, from purses to duffel bags. So I decided to get a small draw string gym bag to keep my personal belongings, a lot smaller than many other bags I have seen. During my first week of going in the morning I was asked if I could not bring a bag onto the floor. Feeling a little discouraged as I saw others with bigger bags plus jackets had nothing said to them, I gave up on lifting and went and ran. While running I realized everyone else with bags had more gym honed bodies than me, which made me feel even more pinpointed. So I moved to the mornings to lift as more a judgment of myself than others judging me, I ended up feeling more judged by the employees. Due to this I have not been back since. I found nothing in their policy that states no bags allowed on the floor, just to not leave anything unattended. I would have no issue starting to use a locker. The fact that it seems they pick and choose who they are going to approach about this unwritten policy is my issue.

Good mix of members. A lot of fit people who make me feel like lifting more. Big girls on the cardio machines make sure I don't get lazy. Running right along side of them.

I'm happy this gym opened in our neighborhood! The staff is incredibly friendly, the facility is extremely clean, and you can't beat $10/month. Plus, it's 24 hours a day, M-F and open on weekends.
