This is the ABSOLUTE BEST place to work out. Working out isn’t the greatest, but coming here makes you want to work out. It’s such a positive environment and you feel like family. The staff is so friendly and it’s just fun to work out here at epic!

Man oh man where do I start. Well if I had to sum it up. All I can say is that if you want to make a change and make new friends as well keep your motivation going? This is the place to be! You won’t find any other gym with this camaraderie! If you are tempted to start or continue your journey, go to Epic Fitness you will not regret it!

I’ve been a member since 2015 , I’ve found a family at epic. I’ve been trained to do fitness races I never thought I could do. Adam the owner is an amazing human being that is inspiring to many. Would not think of going anywhere else

Love this gym! Only gym in my life (and have tried a few) that I have stuck with consistently for almost 3 years now! If you want a gym where people know your name, support and encourage you, and have fun, come through :)

I’ve been a member of Epic Fitness just over a year. Within this time, I’ve participated in a 8-week challenge, placing 3rd our of 80, gotten stronger, healthier, lowered my body fat and have started to compete in Spartan races. The staff are knowledgeable, motivating, and inspiring. It’s a family that I feel welcome and at home with.2023 - Still a member of Epic and enjoying every workout. New classes and awesome instructors. Got my 5:30am crew I look forward to waking up, sweating, and getting stronger with.

Such a lovely gym with a great group of fellow peers to muscle out quality workouts. The coaches are approachable and supportive. The owner makes an effort to meet his clients and is warm and upbeat. The music is good, the workouts challenging and there are a host of events to engage its gym goers (i.e. races, BBQs, fundraisers, spirit week). It also offers childcare which is a rarity outside of globo gyms. Think Cheers but as a gym. Worth every penny.

This is a fun place to take classes. Don’t worry about you level of fitness. Epic can modify any workout to challenge you without making you feel over matched. Everyone wants you to succeed and exceed your goals whatever they may be.

UPDATE (May 2023): I still love Epic Fitness 💕. I recently participated in their Half Marathon, and while the training was grueling, the support I received from the Epic Tribe community was amazing! The facilities have improved, with strength equipment on the floor and open hours during the day. You can’t go wrong with Epic!*******I have been a member since Nov 2017. More recently I participated in their 8-Week Transformation Challenge. There's one week to go, and I have lost over 9 total inches! But more than the results, Epic is a gym like no other - a sense of community, support from the coaches/trainers, and classes that are always interesting, unique, and tough! Forget about those other franchise gyms - Epic is doing it right! Highly recommended!
