Been going to Epic for a year, got it a gift card as a birthday gift and probably one of the best gifts ever, I meet the tribe and it has changed my life, Adam and the coaches are amazing and ready to help you turn your life around. Epic Fitness is the best gym I have ever been to. The creativity of the workouts and the support from both the staff and members is amazing. I have been a member for 3 years and am still consistently sore.

I've been attending Epic Fitness for about a year now. I love the variety of exercises (each class is different/unique), intensity (you go at your own pace, but are encouraged to push yourself) , and the amount of classes offered throughout the day. I highly recommend Epic Fitness - Coach Adam and his Team are legit.

I’ve been coming to Epic Fitness since 2014. I started here I was 179 pounds, never lifted weights or ran. Since joining here I have done many marathons and Ragnars and Spartans. Since joining, I’m down 29 pounds. Epic Fitness has helped me to get my nutrition on point and encouraged me to accomplish many goals. I love the feeling here when you come in. You are welcomed and everyone makes you feel like you a part of a family. If you are looking for a place that’s more than a gym, then Epic Fitness is the place. Whatever goal you have, Epic will help you achieve it. The trainers are amazing as well as the staff. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I definitely would recommend Epic. Once you try it you will be hooked.

Best thing I ever did for myself was to walk through the doors of Epic Fitness 11 years ago! EPIC has helped me achieve goals I never thought were possible. Everyone from staff to other Epic tribe members are approachable, supportive, and encouraging. You will never feel alone! Epic truly is the best and a tribe I consider family.

For years I failed to keep up with the discipline of lifting at Golds. I join Epic to try something new and I am finally on track with goals. Epic has a very friendly Staff and Coaches. They will reach out if they haven’t seen you in over a week. Nothing is routine so it never gets boring. For me, at 55 I can’t do every exercise so the coaches will come up with different one. There’s no drill sergeant making you do anything that is over your head. The coaches get familiar your ability and will only push when they know you ready.
