Red City Fitness;It is the ideal place to meet your goals, it is a comfortable place with all the necessary equipment for your training, with qualified personnel to help you, you can also choose your personalized or group classes that are great! My classes are personalized and I love them because my coach Héctor helps me with the approach I want and I like the way he trains. Highly recommend this gym.

Awesome gym, the head coaches are top notch and care about your progress no matter what your goal is. Hector and René are extremely caring and they know how to work with you. It’s clear they are trained instructors with experience, and both are great people!

I started going to Red City Fitness last August after reading the 5-star reviews and wanted to get in shape after the pandemic shutdown. The reviews are totally true and deserved. Hector and Shea are fantastic trainers, and I have gone from hating exercise to loving it, and I have never felt fitter. The classes are great for all levels (I know, having started as a beginner!) and it's fun to try all the equipment they have. 100% recommend :)

Red City Fitness is what I’d call a “hidden gem.” It has none of the drawbacks that make other gyms hard to get motivated about—it’s a beautiful space, tucked away by the Mass Pike in Allston. It’s never crowded. The space is immaculately clean and well organized, and the general vibe is incredibly upbeat and positive. Equipment covers all the bases and then some, and it’s all practically brand new. Parking is free and easy. I always look forward to my workouts, and Hector and Rene are great trainers. I’m glad I found this place, it has made getting in shape a lot of fun!

I love Red City Fitness! It is an ideal private gym with a ton of character and equipment. Hector, the proprietor and lead trainer, provides the enthusiastic support and environment I was looking for to finally take my health to the next level. Between the group classes and personal training sessions, I have found a great balance between exercise variety, attention and cost. To top it off, Hector also brings a community feeling to his clientelle with group workouts, monthly challenges and the occasional social gathering. Red City Fitness is a great little gym!

I am a 67 years old who had double knee surgery recently. I joined Red City Fitness immediately after physical therapy. I have always had a personal trainer but this time I knew I needed someone with expertise, who would push me to achieve full recovery and beyond.Hector’s expertise and understanding of how to meet my goals have been exceptional. In three months I am back to weight lifting, core work including planks and BOXING. I had never done boxing before!The culture Hector has created is one of demanding work in a community environment that is fun and keeps you motivated. Red City is a joint effort where Hector and now his new mentee and trainer René keep everyone in high spirits and pushing to do exceed our expectations.The training I have received at Red City has made me rethink what I could accomplish physically and mentally. I highly recommend joining.

I had joined Red City Fitness in January 2021 with a hope that I lose some extra weight. I wasn't looking for getting a super muscular body or bulking or anything like that. I started off with my trainer, Hector Plaza, a fine, fun loving gentleman who would give tooth and nail to help his clients achieve their goals. Love his energy on the workout floor. The gym has everything you necessarily require for workouts. You'll find many gyms that are big with uncountable equipments but you will not get the same level of commitment and focus from your instructor unlike Hector and his team at Red City Fitness.When I started here back in early 2021, I was over 200 lbs and within 6 months I went down to 173 lbs. And to my surprise I gained good amount of muscles which I wasn't even aiming for. I was very happy with my progress. I am very fortunate have found Red City Fitness. It's a 5 star gym for me.

Where do I begin with?! I wish I found them sooner. The best gym in town, from best equipments to amazing coaches you’ll have it all! Renè and Hector were my trainers they are soo good in what they do so humble & kind very accommodating. This was my very first gym experience here in Boston. Personal training was worth every penny, they clearly understand your goals and guide you accordingly. They make it fun and enjoyable to train and they are very motivating and encouraging! If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a PT, then these amazing coaches are the people for you!

My only regret about Red City Fitness is not finding them sooner!!!Hector and his team of trainers are endless fun. I felt like they really listened to my goals and helped me learn the basics of using gym equipment to achieve them. I've also found that the trainers help people work through the emotional/psychological obstacles to getting fit, which I really appreciate. Aside from the overall good energy, the gym is always immaculate and every piece of equipment is of high quality and well maintained. It's never crowded, and everyone I encounter is kind and down-to-earth. The pricing is also really accessible. Could not recommend this place enough. It's the first gym that I feel invariably excited to come to.
