This gym is very nice! There are lots of machines and exercise areas, as well as a trainer offering classes (included in membership). It's very clean, and bathrooms are very modern and clean as well. Staff is very attentive. It's clear this place has received a recent renovation. Only complaint is that you must provide your bank account for payments, no credit cards are accepted which provides you with less financial protection.

I frequently rotate to three PF Locations: Bloomfield, Troy Coolidge Highway, and this Royal Oak Location. This is a good gym, it has the modern equipments (e.g. Row Machine) and super friendly staff. My only complaint is the exposed wood on their ceiling, in which the other locations doesn't have it. It feels like they are still on construction but I guess what makes this location unique. I recommend this location.

Clean and location is great if you're going late or early morning hours, lot is tiny and usually totally packed during the day though so plan accordingly.

Clean, comfortable and great price. I like that I can get in and out even when it is busy. Parking is tight so I like going later in the evening when it clears out a little.

This is a well taken-care-of gym with clean locker rooms, showers and equipment. It can get pretty crowded with the after-work rush but I can still always find a machine available.

I was leery about signing the contract and choosing this location as my home gym, Callyn really helped me feel at ease, she explained everything really well and had exceptional customer service when it came to all my questions!

Love this gym. The staff is always friendly. It is kept clean. The parking lot is a nightmare during peak hours though.

It’s the nicest PF I’ve been to but it’s IMPOSSIBLE to park. I’ve circled for 15+ minutes before and left out of frustration. This tells me that memberships are oversold and an additional Royal Oak location is absolutely necessary at this point.

Worst location by far!! Had the worst experience with the staff!! Was out and about and ran in to use the bathroom then was informed that the bathrooms were for paying members only. I had already scanned my card and checked for myself. I have a black card and unlimited guest passes so not sure what the issue was.
