I love this gym but sadly since July 2021 I haven't been because I have no car to get there and no bus goes there. I wish the gym on Longley didn't close I am able to get there by bus. I miss going swimming. And yes the montly fee is very reasonable. I hope to get a car soon just to make back to the gym.

The management did not provide any formal communication for restarting billing cycle after 1.5 years of me leaving the city. When I reached out to them and asked if they could provide a refund or cancel it without charging for the next month they refused. The 1 star is only for the fact the trainers are good but had a bad experience with management on billing. Would never recommend any one to this club

I thing cleanliness could be improved quite a bit.There is a sock and 2 old mask by the entrance door for a few weeks by now.The femal bathroom is missing toilet paper in more than one stal.Showers are out of soap and it takes forever to get warm water.One of the showers has been out of order for quite a long time.Hair clumps are often seen on the floor.The weight scale has been broken since I signed up.I truly believe you could do better when it comes to cleanliness.V.Maki

I like how people respect others' workout space; yes, gym sharks use mirrors to focus on certain body movements. But maybe there could be better use of the windows that overlooks a Huge brick wall. There is nothing to look at, but if there were mirrors.. Anyways, wonderful atmosphere!

Signed up with a personal trainer and fitness connection. Paying a ridiculous amount of $480 a month for only TWO TIMES a week. However, the guy who signed me up with the membership never informed me it was a 6 month contract. They do not care about your goals, you, your financial struggles, or you entirely. Just care about your money. I’m also paying that on top of a regular membership. Always overcrowded, I’m over it.

Wonderful as usual. I only use the water classes and the have literally saved my life. Jen & Auriel are amazing instructors and I highly recommend joining Fitness Connection. At $10 a month you get 8 water classes a week. With the energy I have gotten and motivation I have lost 28 lbs. Since 9/5.

You have to set up Auto Pay in order to have a membership. The auto pay failed, not on my end but there's and they didn't inform me and emailed me about late fees. I went to the place and talked to the manager in order to cancel the membership (I never went nor got a key card or personal number code) the manager said "everything is taken care of" and we left. The company called to collect the payments I missed and the phone call was not pleasant in order to terminate my membership.The manager did not do what he said when we talked to him in person.

DO NOT JOIN FITNESS CONNECTION! It is a deal with the devil. You will be paying so much more than originally advertised. Also, amenities do not exist that they advertise. Tried twice to CANCEL and wouldn't let me. "Froze" account instead then charged $66 to remain a member of a gym I will NEVER go to. Customer Care phone line was rude every time I called to CANCEL and retrieve my money back. Gave this gym 1 year to restore amenities such as child care and group classes. They could not or would not do it, and now they want to charge me to CANCEL as well. It is NOT $10 a month. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! Run! Run to a different gym, it would be much better exercise than anything you will do at Fitness Connection.

Very beginner friendly environment, everyone is mainly focused on themselves and this place hits pretty much every muscle group you can imagine along with some great cardio choices. Though some of their equipment is either in need of some tuning or is limited you can get a pretty well rounded work out in.The only complaints I have are the times they are open for during the weekend and some people don't follow basic gym etiquette like putting weights back where they're supposed to go. Other than that, this place is professional and hits both social and work aspects of exercising in a gym.
