I love Lift Personal Training and Nutrition. My trainer is Phoenix and she is very knowledgeable about the machines, strength training and nutrition. I can really tell the difference in my body. I’m much stronger and Phoenix makes sure my body form is correct so I don’t injure myself. I have had low back pain for years. Since lift training, I no longer have a sore back. I love the enthusiasm Phoenix has from the start to the finish of my workout. I highly recommend this gym….it’s just 15 minutes of training twice a week. I’m much stronger than when I started and I see the results .

I’ve been going to Lift in Liberty Lake for over a month now, and it’s been such an awesome experience! I was lucky enough to be scheduled with the the best trainer there, Phoenix. Phoenix is very personable and she motivates me to push myself to my limits every time I work out. The Lift approach to fitness is refreshingly different and it is unbelievable how efficient each movement is. There is absolutely no wasted repetition, and you WILL see results. I already feel so much healthier and I can’t wait to see how I look when my first contract is up at the end of this summer! All of the trainers here are top tier, but Phoenix is the best! 😃

I started going to Lift about 3.5 months ago, and I am extremely pleased with the results! I know I need the accountability because there is no way I would push myself as hard as Shaun pushes me. Her and the other trainers are very encouraging and do make me want to work even harder. You can't really make an excuse when it's only 15 min, twice a week 😁 By the way, my weight is down about 14.5%, and I'm more than halfway to my goal! It is highly unlikely I would have made this much progress without Lift.

LIFT fitness in Liberty Lake is amazing!! The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging, they truly care about your success!! I especially love working with Phoenix, she's always upbeat and makes it a fun experience. I can feel myself getting stronger and my muscles have more definition than they have in years. I highly recommend LIFT fitness and Phoenix!!
