Awesome Jr Ninja program. My grandson is 5 and is having a blast! Luke is his instructor and he's awesome with the kids. The kids ALL show improvement each week and prices are FABULOUS! Can't say enough good stuff. Great program!!!

I have always been an athlete and I'm not used to being sidelined. In May 2018, while opening a drawer, my back seized up and left me in so much pain that I couldn't move. It turns out that it had finally had enough after 12 years of supporting me while it was injured (and I didn’t know it). In 2006, a week after an Ironman, I went on a 100-mile bike ride, during which I lost control on a gravelly mountain pass, hit a post on the side of the road, and smashed my face. Though the impact kept me from going over the edge of a cliff and saved my life, it left me broken. The doctors fixed the most visible problem, my face, but no one thought to talk to me about severe whiplash and I didn’t know to ask about it. A badly bent neck and spine can do what they can until they can’t anymore. And last spring, they gave out. I went to a chiropractor and got all straightened out, but it still hurt badly when I ran. I was weak and unable to run as fast or as long as I was used to. Nothing worked like I wanted because everything was in a different place. Finally, in March 2019, I gave myself the best present ever and went to work with KJay Davis, who set out to strengthen all of me while paying expert attention to my healing body and its specific and changing needs. He is smart, conscientious, experienced, and incredibly attentive and intuitive. I trust him implicitly. Now, my full-body strength is better than it has ever been. I can do things I never thought I could, or never had the opportunity to try. I weigh exactly the same, but I've gained four pounds of lean muscle and have lost 3% body fat. And what's most important is that just last Saturday, three months after I started working with him twice a week, I ran without pain for the first time in more than a year. Not only have I shaved off the two minutes per trail mile that my injury required, I feel great while I'm doing it. I respect KJay Davis as the expert coach that he is, and I appreciate his empowering, motivating, inspiring presence with all my heart.

My favorite Spartan gym in town! The owner is by far the most knowledgeable coach I have met and has taught me everything I know. If you need a coach who will actually cover every aspect of your wellness journey, Kjay is the one you need. The other coaches are just as amazing. They would get 6 stars if I had the option.

Hello friends, colleagues and future members. My name is Carlos.One of the best decisions I have made has been starting the 6 Weeks Challenge with KJay.Before joining the 6 Week challenge I had gained considerable weight due to being inactive through the years. Because of my weight gain, this had resulted in not feeling good, and even getting high blood pressure.When I met with KJay, the first thing he did was interview me ask me what my goals were for the 6 Week Challenge. He also gave me a personalized diet.As soon as I started, my life had changed 180 degree.In the first 2 weeks I could see changes in myself, experience weight loss, feel great, but above all eliminate my high blood pressure.At the end of the 6 weeks I completed my personal goals. if you're looking for a gym where everyone gives you their dedication to make you the best version of yourself, this is the gym for you and everyone you love. I started my fitness journey back in January/February. I had just come back after having taken a year off due to a back injury. I weighed 200lbs. and had 20% body fat. When I started I honestly never thought that I would have the same strength as I had before my injury. Then May came around and I had been consistently going to the gym and working out and I realized that although I wasn't eating badly, I also wasn't eating the way I should have been. So I decided it was time to focus on my nutrition. KJay and Bennie really started to push me into training for Spartan races. After I started focusing on my nutrition, I started really seeing a difference and noticing some body definition. I have dropped down to 11% body fat and sit at right around 170lbs. I have more energy, feel better in general, I'm not as hungry nearly as much as I used to be, and my daily headaches are nearly non-existent. August 11, I ran my very first Spartan race and ended up finishing 1st in my age group. That was a HUGE accomplishment for me. Because of KJay and the SCE family that has been created, this accomplishment was possible and I could never have done it without any of those people pushing me to do my very best. I don't want to miss a day at the gym. I love my consistency and I love seeing the results this far and cannot wait to see where it goes from here. Thank you KJay for everything you have done for me and thank you SCE for being my family. Wouldn't be where I am without any one of them.

I am 43 & have used several trainers. After years of athletic injuries I just can't go crazy anymore. I must be conscience of my physical limitations to avoid injury. Wife & kids to support..... KJ un like any trainer I have seen pushes extremely hard, always being "Mr positive" and is always in tune with my personal limitations. How he remembers all our personal goals & boundary's is beyond me.His extensive knowledge always finds new ways to push our bodies so hard without risk of injury. That alone makes him worth every penny to me.Most impressive though is his commitment to honor the Lord in all he does.
