I've never met a more goal focused and passionate person about fitness and life in general. K.Jay is different than any other trainer I have met. His heart truly is for change and for people to look and feel their absolute best. He will be your biggest fan and greatest cheerleader along the way. He is knowledgeable and applies what he knows to his own life. So he knows what he says actually works. Give him a try, you won't regret it!

Sce Fitness has impacted my life in so many positive ways. KJay Davis is the best personal trainer you will ever meet! He is truly invested in his clients and expends a tremendous amount of time and energy to help you achieve good health. He works hard to educate you about fitness and help you develop healthy eating habits that will last a lifetime. He puts in hours of research to help you with personal goals or physical issues you may be experiencing. He strives to help you become the best version of yourself with positive reinforcement along the way. Kjay has helped me set and reach fitness goals that I thought were beyond my ability. He makes working out fun and the team effort that is promoted at Sce fitness makes you feel like part of a family. I was able to lose weight, build muscle, increase my endurance and build self-esteem. He tailors your workouts, nutrition, and supplemental exercises to help you reach your goals and closely monitors progress and your concerns, giving you the encouragement necessary to keep pressing on. Not only that but KJay's philosophy on life and training draws a great group of people that help keep you going when the going gets tough. It's easy to say that SCE Fitness is the best place to train in Spokane.

When I was first introduced to Kjay, I was in a space where I lacked confidence about my body and my physical abilities. I had always been fairly active but found myself getting "stuck" both mentally and physically in my workouts and in my daily habits.Kjay spent time with me to get to know what these sticking points were both ones I recognized and ones he helped me to see, and to set manageable and realistic goals for me. In truth, what I lacked was a good routine, confidence and someone to help push me along the way.By working with Kjay, I was able to set small and attainable goals which helped build confidence and ability. Finding strength in my body speaks volumes to the mind and soon I found this new found confidence spilling over to other areas of my life.I have been working with Kjay for a year and four months. I cant say enough how much the time, money, and effort has been worth it. While I have moments where I fall off the workout wagon, I have developed new and healthy exercise and eating habits.It wont change overnight and you do have to work for it, but with Kjay by your side, who intuitively knows if you are needing a little extra push or a little extra encouragement, you are sure to be in good hands. KJay cares about the people he works with and honestly strives to help them achieve their goals - not like brand name fitness centers that just care about the bottom line. KJay knows how to motivate, when to push, and when to let you relax a bit. He works with your schedule, your fitness goals, and your personality. He really is a PERSONAL trainer.One aspect of his program that I like is the flexibility in time and type of workout. KJay has been very accommodating of the many life events that tend to interrupt or force training to be rescheduled. When my long week of work is making that 5:00a.m. class too early KJay will find a way to squeeze me in later in the day. (Or he'll just get me working twice as hard the next week!!)I also like the flexibility in the type of workout. I don't always want to do one-on-one sessions. Sometimes it is nice to be in a group. KJay offers a variety of group classes from light to heavy workouts to augment the one-on-one times. He can set you up with the right balance of individual and group workouts. KJay also mixes up the exercises from week to week so you are never doing the same thing or working the same muscles for too long. It keeps things exciting and fresh each session.I've been working with KJay for nine months now. I sought him out after falling out of shape following surgery on a broken wrist. In my time with KJay, I've dropped from 18% body fat to 11%, I've lost 15 inches across my body, and I've gained 5lbs of lean muscle. I've always been active, but I never knew enough to completely achieve my fitness goals on my own. With KJay's help, I have achieved more than I ever thought possible. Once, a single pull up was impossible, now I shoot for twelve in a row.I couldn't recommend KJay enough. I never considered using a personal trainer before, but I am glad I gave him a call for his free consultation. It was just what I needed to get back on track with my fitness goals and to stay there.

Simply put KJay ROCKS! I’ve been working with KJay since 2012 and he has pushed and molded me into the best shape I have ever been in. He is supportive and committed to your health and fitness. He’s that friend that will poke you when you don’t show, or that pushes you to do one more… or five. He goes beyond just exercise but also helps with your nutrition. I simply cannot recommend KJay enough! If you want easy take a pass, but if you want high intensity, fun, and a#@ whoopin' check SCE out. You will not regret it.

KJ is not only an amazing trainer but an amazing person! He inspires everyone to do better and to want more. I struggled with working out consistently until I started training with him. Now, I cannot imagine not consistently working out. Training with him has made me a happier more confident person. I would highly highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

KJay is the best personal trainer that I have met over the past thirty years of my experiences working and training in the fitness industry. He has a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and expectations in the people that he works for. I have been doing his classes since 2012; the only classes I have ever paid for, and they are well worth it. I was in pretty good shape when I started working out with him, and now that I'm in my late 40's I am in the best overall shape of my life. No short cuts, no excuses, just smart and high intensity workouts and advice he provides. He is the only personal trainer I have ever recommended. I highly recommend anyone who wants to improve themselves and their lives to contact KJay and get started with it!

About 9 months ago I first sat down with K Jay for a consultation about possibly starting a workout routine with the goal to just get in shape. That meeting has turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. K Jay has radically challenged the view I had of my self and he has continued to push me to reach my true potential. He has a unique gift to meet people where they are at and push them to become all they can be if only they just believe it possible. After 9 months I finally believe in the impossible and am now training to run the Super Spartan this October in Seattle. K Jay has been my biggest motivator, fan, and friend in my journey to become a better me. If it were not for K Jay I would not be pursuing a better future and life for my self. So thank you friend for being faithful, true, and ready to help me along in this journey of life. I've tried many trainers over the years, got bored then went off on my own with varied results. I decided to try one of KJay's group classes and was amazed at his energy and how innovative his approach was. I've stayed with him for 3 years now!!I'm in my late 40's and in the best shape I've ever been with a body fat percentage hovering around 12%. Jay takes a vested interest in your success understanding that diet and fitness go hand in hand. He will challenge you and you will do things you never thought possible. He pushes me to be my best, but is also my biggest supporter.A wonderful human being! You will not be disappointed.
