Too much money for the equipment. Make sure to read the fine print. I signed up for a year membership and wasn’t aware it went month to month after that. They just want your money

This gym has the worst customer service. I cancelled my membership back in 2020. Once in person and once over the phone because they didn’t have record of it the first time. Now they have been charging my card from something called ABC financial for the past 3 years. When I called to ask about it they said I never cancelled my membership. This was a great gym when I was going but this has ruined any good experience I have ever had with this gym.

Horrible customer service and an awful gym. Gives the impression you abide for a 1 year commitment then fail to ever mention after the year you still will be charged. After taking $100 out of my account was pretty much told the money they stole from me they will be keeping.

I've been going to the 10 fitness for about a year. I've been to dozens of gyms over the decades and this is a real cool little place. It's clean, never crowded in the mornings when I go, and the staff always greet me when I walk through the door. At 30 bucks a month it's not going to break the bank. It's exactly what a gym should be.

Looks like a refugee camp rather than a gym. Hostile members and unfriendly staff

Really not a fan of the customer service, facility is fine with all the essentials. I moved out of town and tried to end my membership in 21' but there was no way (at the time) to do it any other way than physically being present. With all the technology and ways to sign online or even "old-school" fax we're not accepted. They sent it to collections because my card expired and I didn't change it so the bill racked up. I wasn't using the membership so it was just a thing that I let go on and ended up with the "collection scare" but give the you the option of forgiveness if you sign back up with a new contract. I was moving back within a reasonable distance so figured why not I can't go if I don't have it right. Well now we're back to the same thing and talking to the contact via corporate website I was filled with condescending answers and didn't have the correct information when replying. The information was in their favor but not being able to effectively and correctly communicate with customers just raises many red flags of the organization itself. Tread lightly

10 fitness is okay as a whole I would guess but I would NEVER suggest going to the one on glenstone. There’s a “personal trainer” there named Morgan Long who talks about herself the entire session and never keeps track of your workouts or your goals (which is the entire point of a personal trainer). Then when I quit personal training since it wasn’t worth my time or money Morgan made passive aggressive comments almost every time I came in. She made working out there a horrible experience and I will not return to this gym. I went from spending $220 a month to nothing because of Morgan’a disrespectful and ridiculous attitude. Not to mention my sister also was getting personal training from her and was treated the same way. Morgan is unprofessional and shouldn’t be a personal trainer. She’s discussed drama she created with her own team members. I felt like I was in Highschool again. Never will step foot in there again.update: As you can see 10 fitness decided to answer and be snippy. It doesn’t matter this happened a year ago. I’m not the type to complain but it’s clear you don’t care about your customers. My sister got permission from the owner to use this area and when she was told she couldn’t use it anymore she stopped. Her using a PT area has nothing to do with me or my complaint. I don’t care if you change anything. That’s not why I made the comment. It was clear your company didn’t care about the situation then and you still don’t now! So this should be a warning to everyone. There are lots of personal trainers who actually take their job seriously and treat their clients like a client and not a gossip girl.

Worst gym I have ever been to. The employees leave the free weight doors open so anyone can get in their when you're suppose to pay more for that privilege to scan to get into said room. Contacting corporate and talking to the employees did absolutely nothing. Then when I tried to cancel when I moved they didn't take my proof and charged me without notifying me first. Very poorly managed on all levels. Do yourself a favor and never go here.

Been a member of 10 fitness for a couple years. I was approached about some training. So I said I would like to try it for a limited time maybe a month or two during that month. Do they tap my account multiple times for 150 dollars. When I decided that I was no longer was going to continue the training which was no problem with the guy was doing the training. But administration side charge $100 to discontinue when I was promised by the manager, Michael that it would not be any charge for that. This is for my dad. Being that they blocked him from making any kind of review.
