Nice and a good verity of equipment. Very dirty though. Has equipment that has been broken since they reopend.

I started tennis lessons with Shanky two weeks ago and I have already improved greatly. He is a great instructor, and is always positive . He wants to make sure you become an amazing tennis player. I have really enjoyed going here.

Always so welcoming, very clean, open atmosphere! Although we lost a discount program which was what brought me to genesis, I still decided to stay. The staff are very kind when walking in, the facility is very clean, even during COVID I feel trusting in going with the cleaning protocols. I will remain a member.

I absolutely love this gym! The aquatics program is fantastic. I bring both of my daughters once a week for private swim lessons and I go almost every day to one of the several aquatics classes that are available. Locker rooms are very clean and staff is friendly and inviting. I seriously can’t wait to try out everything this gym has to offer!

Genesis is an overall very nice gym with just about any equipment you could think of to use. Ryan Humphrey has excellent customer service and gave me a wonderful tour of Genesis. He is very detail oriented and professional. He had the answer to all my questions and inquiries and carried a great positive attitude. You can tell Ryan loves his job. Well done for hiring him Genesis. Also wanted to add that Lucy and Jose were so nice to me even when I was oblivious to closing hours they still let me stay another 30 without a word. Very friendly and sweet people:)

I love Genesis! The gym facility is always very clean. If I have questions about workout equipment , staff is very easy going and helpful with my questions. My kids enjoy the play area and the staff has even changed a few diapers while I worked out. Highly recommend 👌 Very family friendly! …

My mother’s doctor told her she should start exercising in a heated pool. My mother signed up and went out once and the pool was extremely cold. They told her the pool heater was broke. We found out the heater is not broke but they won’t turn it up. Her doctor has said with water that cold she needs to go somewhere else. So even with a doctors note they will not let her out of her contract. Very poor service by a company that only cares about $$$.

Buyer Beware.We signed up for a 3 year family membership. After 2 years we decoded we want to stop the membership because we found something that fits our needs better. With one year left we had to pay a $150.00 buy out on the membership. That was not explained when we signed up. Be careful what you sign into.

Large facility with a lot of amenities. I've been going to Genesis nearly every day since last July. I highly recommend the group fitness classes; torch calories and have fun with other like-minded individuals trying to acheive their fitness goals! Check it out, it's a great place to work toward better health.
