Nice gym but can't stand going. Literally waiting in lines for equipment or benches. Even the full subscription rooms are packed which to me isn't monitored and everyone just goes in. Going to be leaving after this month . Standing around for 20 mins waiting on workout equipment is not productive .

Update: In spite of my full name being shown on the review, I haven't heard from anyone. Shocker.EDIT: My full name is shown on the review.I wanted to love this gym. When I heard it was opening up so close to us I was thrilled and couldn't wait to sign up. I joined the waitlist and never heard another word, despite the initial email response stating "Keep an eye out for our email communication. You'll then have a limited time to secure your spot as a Founding Member!". I caved and joined anyway, and explained that I had registered to be a Founding Member but the guy signing me up just shrugged and finalized the sale. The next day I was waiting at the front desk with a question and overheard another lady with the same issue and they honored her request. My boyfriend is still a member and, during our travels, he has tried other Crunch gyms. All of them are far superior to this one. It's entirely too crowded, a complete sausage party, and good luck getting on any equipment between the people who park on machines and use their phones and the others who film themselves working out. I've had people take weights off of equipment I'm working out on and move my personal belongings out of the way when I'm clearly cycling between two stations (then gave me a dirty look like I was in the wrong for telling them I was using it). HUGE disappointment. The sad thing is I'm certain nobody will care because they have little to no competition and plenty of people seem to love it there.

Great place to work out if you already know your routine but it's busy. It can be intimidating at first but the classes are great. Don't be fool by the free personal trainer for a day. They don't show you anything its just them getting to to sign up for a minimum of 6 weeks which can be great if your ready for it. This is a really busy location but it has somethibg for everyone as long as you can get over the crowd.

Have been super disappointed in the service from the employees at this gym lately!! I’m so sad. Any time I ever come up with a question or even just to greet them, they act super inconvenienced and even will continue their personal conversations with each other before acknowledging my presence. It wasn’t like this before and it is certainly not like this in Seminole. Also noticed not a single person looked up from their phone when I approached the desk to return something I had borrowed, so I went behind the desk and returned it without saying anything. Not a single person looked up or even noticed!Super bummed!! Three stars for the convenience of location of the gym since I moved downtown but I miss my friendly and helpful people at the Seminole location 😭

Honestly, this place is gross. I have NEVER seen anyone cleaning. The turf has never been vacuumed. And equipment and dirty paper towels are everywhere. Equipment is always broken as well. And the paper towel holders are never filled for members to wipe down equipment. It’s clear the trainers don’t take pride where they work - I don’t see them clean. And it’s clear the GM doesn’t walk thru and doesn’t take pride in the cleanliness. Now, I get it - it’s $15/month - what should I expect!? I mean, I don’t need much, but basic cleanliness IS something I expect.

I love crunch so much. This was everything i was looking for with a gym and more!! I feel so good and I've only been going for three weeks.I just wish the hours were longer on the weekends. I'd love to go at 9pm on Saturday night instead of vegging tv!

Maybe it’s because we are nearly twice as old as the majority of the patrons…but times have certainly changed. Coming from an athletic background we are used to the concept of “working in”. It was unheard of back in the day to ‘save’ a machine by putting your cell phone on the seat. And under no conditions did you sit on a piece of equipment and talk on your phone, post on social media, send texts, and/or take selfies. Many times we glance down the row and see more ppl on their phone than actively pushing any weight. Crazy concept. No complaints about parking, and we try to talk amid the obnoxiously-loud music…it’s the hoggin the machines with no sense of others that amazes us. Back to the “maybe it’s cuz we’re old” (50 yrs old!! 🤪🤣) The gym is too close to home NOT to go though so we trudge on reluctantly. $19.99 and .5 miles away will have to do. <>

For the price especially, this gym is great. Clean, lots of equipment, clean locker room. There are plenty of negative reviews regarding how busy they are. As a personal trainer- great for Crunch! I’m happy they are busy and it’s for good reason. If you don’t want a busy gym, go somewhere else. If it doesn’t bother you too much and you know how to claim your space and be flexible with your exercises, this place is awesome!

I enjoy the wide variety and number of exercise equipment available. I’ve found the staff to always be super helpful whenever I’ve had a question. Or find someone who can. It’s only common sense that a large gym with huge overhead needs lots of members in order to thrive. There’s always going to be moments with a larger than average amount of people. Be thoughtful. Be kind. It’s not a private one-on-one $$$$ gym.

They have double charged me for my enrollment fee and says they don’t see that transaction when I clearly see it on my bank statement. Beware of becoming a member of Crunch
