Beware if you give them your bank information. I canceled my membership in June 2022 and in September 2022 they charged me $1608 for personal training session. No June 1, 2023 I just got a charge for $536 and another one for $1608 for personal training session. Everytime I call. The manager is busy or not there. When I finally got ahold of him I was told flat out. Just call your bank they can dispute. No apologies, no confirmation that this with happened again, or look into why this is happening. BEWARE.

This gym is absolutely awesome. Clean, large open space, friendly vibe and a great place to get motivated. This location has a large customer base so you need to be smart about the time you get your workout in. If you go after work, the gym is going to be super crowded so just be smart about it.Same goes with parking. The lot is huge so if you don't get a spot right in front of the gym there is always parking by the Publix.Aside from those two things (avoiding peak crowd and parking times) this gym is perfect.

No parking. Long waits for equipment.Awesome equipment in the facility. Over crowded...Update 10 months later. Still over crowded with long waits. The facility is still one of the best in the area, but getting dirtier and dirtier. Grime on the machines and floors. Been to smaller gyms who maintained the facilities and kept them clean. (See images)Even the area with all the tables in the front had debris on the floor. The staff entertained themselves by flirting with each other ignoring clients and maintenance. I witnessed staff pass people incorrectly using equipment without a word or concern for their safety.

After numerous attempts to put my personal training membership on pause were given excuse after excuse, I told the club to cancel it. I was then double charged 2 days later and charged my regular fee again a week later. I contacted them again when this happened and was told they would refund the charges. 2 weeks later, I was charged again. I had to go to my bank and change all of my bank account information. I had attempted to place my membership on hold since January 7th. This was now April! In March alone, they had charged me over $600! My bank only refunded me the charges in April and March. I still have not been refunded the charges for January & February. Crunch started harassing me about the monthly gym membership fee that wouldn't go through as of mid April, when I changed my bank information, yet no-one has yet to contact me regarding the personal training fiasco.Stay away from them, or at least DO NOT sign up for personal training.I really enjoyed using their gym and am upset with how I have been treated.

No hand/sweat towels? No towels for the locker room? Toxic masculinity abounds in this spacious breeding ground for conservative sentiment. The vibes are off. The space is nice though.

About 5 months ago, my credit card expired and rather than updating, I decided to save some money and just stop going. Besides, my wife still had her membership, and I could go with her whenever as a guest. So Crunch COULD have said ... we see your credit card expired and you haven't been in since then. So we will cancel this for you. Instead, being the greedy place they are, they decided to continue charging me and tack on 5 months of late fees and send me to a collection agency, even though they knew I had not been there in 5 months, And they know that I never once tried to use a service that I wasn't paying for. I don't have any messages saying they were doing that. I DO have 9 emails from last month asking me to join their gym. They also offered me a "forgiveness" package that they would reduce my debt in half and then apply it to a new plan. I said no thank you, and I paid the 5 months that I never stepped foot in their doors. It's a rather bizarre tactic, because now my wife will cancel her membership also, and they will lose a lot more money than they made in late fees. Make sure you get your cancelation in writing. I knew this place was strange when I came in with a mailer that had a better deal than what they were offering in the gym. They told me they couldn't honor that one. I could sign up online and get that deal, but I couldn't get the deal they mailed me if I did it in person.

Night crew always has more than one person who is always standing on their phones while not ever greeting when you walk in and saying "bye" on the way out. Very displeased with my membership. They're always packed with wait lines on machines. I'd switch back to amped if I didn't live so close to this location. FIX THIS PROBLEM

Something is wrong with the sauna here DO NOT GO IN IT! I feel like I have a mold infection in my lungs days after using it. Some other people mentioned it didn’t seam right as well. Probably from the literal 5 gallons of sweat a day accumulated into the wood where it meets the floor. They should be required to keep the sauna more clean. All we would need to do to start a class action at this point is to get a mold testing person in there which we can bring in there with our pass have them test the room and then test our urine for mold and if we can all match it up a whole bunch of us we could class action lawsuit. Fix the problem.

It was fine until I canceled. The lady who terminated my membership said I wouldn't be charged any more payments. I was, so my bank reversed the charge. Then Crunch made another claim under the guise of a new merchant name... poor business practices ... but that seems to be the theme with most gyms now.Response : Hi, "just so you are aware" - I did just that. The issue is not that I wasn't able to cancel - that part was easy. The issue is that after I canceled your gym continued to take money from my account under the name of a new business ... some might call that fraud.

Not sure why there’s so many terrible review I’ve certainly been a member at way worse gyms. Amped and planet fitness are terrible compared to crunch. It’s big and they got a lot of unique equipment my favorite is the hit zone with All the fun grip stuff they have. I have the top membership just for the hot yoga! The heated studio is amazing but not as amazing as the yoga instructor ALYONA!! She’s the best of the best and it’s a true pleasure to be in the presence of such a goddesss!! I’d give 5 stars but finding parking is a pain and the gym does get very overcrowded
