If you’re a handball/racquetball player you’re no longer valued as they’re using theyir only 2 courtrooms as a storage room and considering using it to “expand their free weights” as if they didn’t have enough space in this big gym. I was coming to this location for 8 years but I guess have to switch to Bianchi now.

The pool is warm; the layout is organized; there's a dance room, and a cardio area set apart for women (and men, but especially women) who feel self-conscious about their bodies so they can feel comfortable exercising without feeling like they're being put on display. Theft does occur at this site if you don't lock your gym bag in your locker, but honest people turn in lost items, too. As with many places, you take your chances, but the location at Bianchi doesn't have a heated pool (although theirs is bigger and runs deeper, thus is good for diving training.)

Swimming instructors are professional and friendly. They make working out fun and enjoyable. Ive met alot of nice people and also new friends.

Looks like they are Covid ready as they emphasize cleaning and looks like everybody (or at least 90% of people) are vaccinated so masks are off but I choose to keep mine on even after being vaccinated. Glad to be back here after a year of hiatus because my fat butt needs to get in shape again! Summer Bod, here we come!!.. oh wait it is summer. There is always next year!

Clean , organized, Mostly it's pretty well spaced. Machines are way too separated from each other that outside and being slightly handicap,a little hard to move so the abs stuff alittle upstairs ,downstairs ,outside and within the weight room .as well as a lot of back machines separated from each other fortunately it doesn't get too busy so I have nothing to use and yet 1 leg press inside and 1 hack isn't gonna fly.

Horrible! Screwed up my account, will not fix it, charging me for wrong home club, will not fix their mistakes, took away my platinum status and changed it to blue, will not fix it, I have been a customer 22 years! It is illegal what they are doing! Corporate greed! I had to file 3 Better Business Bureau cases and " Linny" in Shape solutions has not fixed any of the problems yet! Put a freeze on my account until September- unauthorized. Causing me nothing but problems for the past 3 months! Do not join! Horrible company!!

Clean and professional, major props to the Kid Zone attendants! Very friendly,attentive to the kids and helps us so much as parents. Great assortment of machines & weights, just wish the pool could open soon!

I am editing my review from 2 stars to 5 stars because I am simply amazed by how much this place has changed in the past couple years. My biggest issue with the gym was crowding and lack of sanitation but the pandemic has seemingly fixed those two issues. Now that the gym is cleaned regularly and the crowd is limited, I genuinely like this gym again. I have seen a big improvement in the quality of the staff also. Overall, it is a great experience and I much prefer it over the other locations, especially the Bianchi and Quail Lakes ones.

Honestly love this gym because they have a decent size lap pool indoors.... only problem is obviously we have to reserve a lane, no towel service which seems kinda dumb since people do not share towels anyways that just seems gross. Every towel is washed onsight so I don't really understand the health concern since were all exchanging fluids anyways in the pool. This honestly wouldn't be a big deal if they actually alerted you to bring a towel with you when you complete the reservation.

Although I'm not too fond of the location, I like the gym itself. It's decent enough to get a great workout in and relax for a bit afterwards. Love the state-of-the-art equipment.
