I only have membership at Hammer Lane. I attend Les Mills Bodypump, Zumba, Pilates. The instructors are all great. I like that In-Shape Hammer Lane is remodeling and we can use their other facilities with a pass. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Very large gym with a lot of machines and weights. If you time it right you can get in and get out quickly. It gets VERY busy and can be frustrating with a lot of people hanging out talking and not working out. At busy times, it is difficult to find the weights you need, as people are not good at this gym about returning weights to their appropriate locations

By far the dirtiest gym in Stockton, they took away everything for cleanliness, no paper towels after you wash your hands, no disinfectant wipes like they use to have, toe nails on the ground in the men's sauna, roof leaking everywhere that goes on your face if you're not careful.. I keep getting sick coming to this gym I would not recommend. Definitely switching to another gym. HUGE HEALTH HAZARD!

I’ve worked out at many gyms, quail lakes, 24 hour fitness. I’ve worked out at In-Shape on kelly Dr since 2011, it’s ok but it has the same equipment. Time to get new up dated equipment. If I was ceo of In-Shape, I’d put in new equipment and you’d make the members happy and that’s what you want

I speak for the majority of Inshape members at the Hammer lane location.Weights are unorganized, the bathroom and shower are unclean, and the equipment is broken often. The gym is a health hazard.The manager and staff disregard members' concerns.Your prompt attention to this matter appreciated.
