Well it’s been my 6 day coming here great service til today I was disrespected by a worker when checking in while I’m asking a question to check in the women jawida how ever u spell her name with brown hair proceed to check in another lady (by the way I’m black) in the middle of me talking to her like no excuse me no I’m sorry can u wait a moment no type of respect I told her about it still didn’t apologize like who hires these type of people last day here

Weird atmosphere,lol Lunk alarm , really? LOL It's ridiculous like out of a movie.But I get it ,they want a gym more inclusive and not so intimidating.Just don't know if this is way to do it guys.Should have better people in upper corporate management deciding that.Also staff act like corny annoying ,"enforcers" of their rules ,taking their job wayyyyyy to seriously.Its minimum wage guys, lmao Get a life.Also dirty.A gym member informed me that Stockton is absolutely the worst one he's been to and he travels to all of them.They also had hidden charges for him going to different clubs they didn't tell him about Only aiite for me Dog, LOL

Love the gym and the staff.Only a few things fixed would make this gym perfect: better hot water supply for showers and greatly turn down the volume of the music in the massage zones.

First time at this location and it was great. Friendly staff. Equipment kept in good condition. Very xlean and proper sanitizing protocols in place. Overhead music was jamming!
