The best gym ever! Clean, air conditioning, and staff are friendly, professional. Planet fitness has been improving once again. The ladies do a spectacular job in keeping the gym clean. The manager is friendly

This is probably one of the worst Planet Fitness! The Smith machine all 3 are always broken never running smoothly! One machine been broken since before I started working out there over a year! I also have a membership to Lodi Fitness and I workout there also really good gym can't go all the time further out! PF the owner can do a better job of updating the machine's he has the room to make it a awesome gym but don't! IF YOU BUILD IT THEY WILL COME!!

I just recently joined this gym and I definitely made the right choice. I go here every day after work and there is NEVER a lack of equipment or nice and helpful staff. I look forward to making the most of my membership and I am truly a happy camper with Planet Fitness 💪💪🌏😁 …

The blonde girl at the front was very rude when it came to me trying to cancel my membership. She didn’t want to allow me to speak to the manager when I asked, and was just ready to argue and be angry. When I finally spoke to the manager I realized the information she was giving me was wrong so she didn’t even know what she was doing. She told me the manager was just going to tell me the same thing she said but he didn’t. He was way more informed. Really bad customer service overall.

This is my home gym and as a Black Card member, I am becoming more disappointed every time I come in. The Beauty Angel Red Light Therapy (one of the main reasons I even got a Black Card membership) has been broken since before I even got my membership and it's been about 2 months now. The machines are not well maintained including ripped benches, missing handlebar covers, and machines that have been and will be out of order for months. Better yet, the roof has been leaking next to the elliptical machines since I got my membership and the only thing the staff does is put a bucket under. It rained a couple of days ago and I literally thought the roof was going to fall in. It seems that the staff doesn't have much control over the maintenance so as a customer I would hope the manager sees this and starts pushing for more things to get done as this gym is deteriorating before our eyes.

I have been going to this gym for nearly 6 years. Unfortunately, since Covid, the conditions in this gym have REALLY gone south. Little things, like towel holders for the shower stalls, missing for months, until recently, only one sink and one toilet worked. I'm a Very clean person and, for several years, had no problem using the showers. Now, I see the homeless using the handicap shower and at times the stalls and locker room are barely above disgusting. And... good luck getting a hot shower. However, this has been a long standing issue. No more videos. Machines are ..down.. and not repaired for extended periods of time. A Million kids in this place, in their hoodies and Crocks. Many doing nothing on the machines but playing with their phones. And of course.... feel free to let one of these people know that there are people here who ...actually WORK OUT. 👎

This branch is great but planet fitness as an overall business left me with a bad experience. Whenever a business makes you jump threw hoops to cancel a membership, and more specifically "pend a cancelation" while still charging you is outrageous. Once I do finally get my membership canceled this would be the last gym I would sign up to again.

August 2022I'm a full time traveler and I was staying at the Hilton for a week and this was the closest gym.It is a normal size for a planet fitness. Well equipped I would say. The downside of this place is the surrounding area. I go workout around 4 am and there are so many homeless.Unfortunately I saw them inside the gym too because they get 1 day pass.That part didn't make me too happy.

Love this location. Very relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is friendly. Staff is helpful. The location is clean. Love all the equipment they have, a really good assortment of workout gear. Love the app and all you can do with it. Love the price too.

I've been to quite a few PF gyms recently and this one seems pretty normal. I happen to be in Stockton and decided to get in a workout. The gym was clean with some minor out of date machines. The place wasn't crowded but if it was, I can imagine that certain machines would have been unavailable for awhile due to the lack of them - specifically the smith machine and pull-up bar set. The staff were kind and the gym smelled normal 😁.
