I can't recommend Alesha enough as a personal trainer. She is not only empowering by pushing you to new limits and help shake you out of your comfort zones but is also professional and accommodation to schedules and COVID safety precautions.I credit Alesha to helping me get out of my funk with quarantine and back to loving myself. She's a gorgeous inspiration and just absolutely motivating. Her gym includes all the necessaryequipment to get to whatever your goals may be and makes you feel so comfortable while on the journey to get there.I really value how she focuses on my form while at the same time pushing my limits for growth each time we meet. Alesha goes above and beyond to make sure her clients goals are met and their overall health improved. When I first came to Alesha, I did not know how to properly diet or structure workouts to support my various sports. After working with her for only 2 months, I now have a firm grasp on how to properly plan and execute nutritional principles, and how to schedule effective workouts. I've been training with Alesha for over 8 weeks now, and I absolutely love it! I am someone who thought they would never like working out, but I find myself looking forward to my sessions with Alesha. I do partner training with my friend, and Alesha is so great at working with us both at the same time. She is super attentive and is great at listening to your goals and making sure your program will help you achieve them.Alesha is amazing at updating/changing up our workout sessions and ensuring that your weekend warrior workouts we do at home are complimentary to our in-person sessions. I’ve been working with Alesha for a year now, and she’s really been able to target our workouts to areas I need to work on. As a result, I have seen improvements in my race performance—passed two obstacles at my last Spartan race that I had always previously flunked in competition, and had a nice kick at the end of a trail half marathon where I passed lots of racers over the last several miles. Highly recommend Alesha at A-Team if you are looking to take your results to the next level.

I have been training with Alesha for about a month and am so glad I found her! She is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, and has been helping me on my overall health journey not just getting stronger in the gym, but also guiding my nutrition. I can be self-conscious in the gym and working-out around other people, but Alesha is kind, patient, a great listener and makes our training fun. I look forward to our 2x/week training sessions so much, and am already feeling more energetic and strong. I 100% recommend her and any other trainers at A-Team and am so glad I took this step for my health.

I started training with Alesha to rehab a poorly healed sprain I'd gotten from CrossFit, with the eventual goal of returning to CrossFit once I was able to lift again.After just a few months with her I realized I never wanted to go back to one-size-fits-all style programming ever again! She not only learned a lot about my injury, taking notes from my physical therapists to help me heal much faster than the initial prognosis, but she also paid real attention to what I liked and didn't like, personalizing the content of my workouts to keep me excited and help me improve. I see all kinds of possibilities for myself and my lifting that I never would have without her. She is SO knowledgable and in the last year has been nothing but encouraging and flexible with me as my goals and. needs have changed, even during months of sheltering in place where I couldn't come to the gym. She really is THE best.
