Great staff.. friendly, personable and helpful. Manager is a true team player. It's super clean and new. I hope it stays this way. I come from Thomas and 44th St and pass my home at Glendale and 55th Ave (passing 3+ closer PF's) because of this staff). The staff to me makes the biggest difference on my success. I need to feel like they are engaged and that I am safe. I get that here.

Awesome place and awesome staff. I love the workout without judgement and I love the encouragement I get from the staff. I also love the total body enhancement red light machine.

I love this place. Other people like me come here, and I haven't seen any extreme bodybuilders which is good! I love the fact that you can use a personal trainer for free.

It's very mediocre of your interested in anything other than cardio they have a very large selection of cardio machines but no free weight machines and the dumbbell area and Smith machine areas or quite small

I love the atmosphere at Planet Fitness. I'm in terrible shape and just started coming here. It's a very clean, well-organized gym. The changing area has a few private areas. They have a great selection of machines and a huge cardio area. I love this place, and their "No judgement" vibe.

On weekends at the Bellair club (Bell Road and 51st Ave) I have to remember to call at 6am (scheduled opening time) because staff is sometimes not there on time. I have complained but today I waited from 6am to 6:10am and nobody showed up. You would think that management, knowing this happens) would have a better plan.

It's a great place to be. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and that makes working out much more fun. The facility is clean and the other members care about cleaning up after themselves as well.PLUS , how can you beat a free bagel once a month!

Best gym ever. If you go to the club on 51st and Bell you will find the best trainer in there (Lorenzo) Get the Black card membership. It's worth it.

49th ave & Bell has the friendliest staff.They will greet you with a smile and have you leave with a smile.I go to quite a few planet fitness locations.I go to this one and the one on 7 st & Bell the most.On the 7 st one, occasionally, I won't get a greeting, but more often won't get a bye.A lot of times, they are too busy on their cell phones.
