They call it the judgement free zone but yet there's a giant alarm in there called the link alarm. This gym doesn't alow one to push them selves it says no grunting... lol really it's a work out. The place is extremely clean and has great machines but the free weight selection sucks. Can't even do bench press without a machine. I'm sure this gym is great for certain people not for me

I like Planet Fitness because people here aren’t haters. I use to be that way but life and God have humbled me. But I find myself sensitive now to others negativity. There are certain types that go to popular gyms like EOS in a big group of friends like 3 or more and goof off and make fun of people. This distracts me from my training. And this does not occur at planet fitness usually

I love planet fitness! Amazing employees creat an amazing workout setting. You can't beat the price! The massage beds and tanning definitely make it my favorite gym! I won't go anywhere else! Planet fitness for life!

Overall decent place to work out, most of the audio does not work on the tvs so bring your own entertainment.Front desk: At any given time there are anywhere from 5-7 staff present at the front. Feels a little intimidating. Most of them are sitting or leaning on the counter and texting or talking amongst themselves.I've since changed gyms to another location to avoid this awkwardness.Management, insert generic response here:

Very clean, lots of machines, super friendly front desk staff. It would be great to make sure that new members are given a tour of the club and shown where everything is and Black Card members were shown their extra perks like the hydromassage and tanning beds. Pilates and Yoga classes would be awesome as well. Overall, I really enjoy going, I love that there are no lunks and few gym skanks who think gyms are for strutting. I actually feel comfortable working about and using the machines without feeling like the beluga whale in the room.I haven't missed a day in 2 weeks which is unusual for me, usually I would have been making excuses why I can't make it.

I love that if any of the gym equipment breaks it is fixed immediately, that includes ankle pads, bar pads, etc. And managers are very efficient on listening to our needs and suggestions. Also, the facility is very clean and has the hugest gym equipment variety. That is only a few of the many many many things that I love about my fitness club!

Love working out at our own pace and don't feel intimidated. Our fitness center is being cleaned continuously and you feel safe there. The employees are friendly and welcoming every time we visit.

Excellent place to work out. The staff at Planet Fitness are amazing and all the amenities are top notch. I especially appreciate the Personal Trainer Jordan at the metro location. He has been instrumental in guiding me to make amazing transformations in body.

Love the atmosphere, layout, and workout machines. Never a long line at any workout machine
