Love this gym. People at the front desk have always been friendly and helpful if I had any questions. Facility is clean, organized and well maintained.

I love the openness of the facility. I mainly use the 30 Minute Workout room and Stretching Rooms with their focus to my workout. Great Staff too! They call me by name and I have only been here a month.

The atmosphere and facility are great. I’ve been going for a month and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I was surprised at how clean it was, spotless. It’s either never overly crowded, or it’s just that there is enough equipment to go in and do what you need to do.

I have complained to the staff for more than 2 month that the showers are broken. The hot water works for maybe 2 minutes and then turns ice cold. The showers are also filthy, No one seems to care, the reply from the staff and the club management is everyone complains about that... It's brutal because you get tricked by the first two minutes of hot water just enough to get soaped up and then Brrrr.Today July 22nd I visited this planet fitness again the TV that ordinarily has the Price is Right on it was changed to have the same show as another TV, I asked the staff if they could change the channel back to the price is right and they said no they did not know how to do it., So apparently some training in how to operate a remote control is in order at this location.It has literally been 4 months since I complained about the cold water in the shower and when I visit today the water was ice cold still the showers appear to have mold growing in the grout and there was a giant hairball on the floor. The staff at this location are lazy and all stand around at the front desk on their cell phones, This is by far the worst planet fitness in the valley and I have visited many of them.Update: July 29th water still freezing, staff still unable to work remote control.Reply to owner: . Perhaps you should do something about it instead of blowing me off to the club manager. Duh, did you read my comments I have reported it to the club manager.. you are the owner get something done.

The morning staff is not friendly the place has gone downhill considerably over the past 6 months. The bathrooms are not clean the equipment is not clean. It's sad because I've been a member here for over 2 years and it used to be what I felt was one of the best in the area as far as cleanliness and positive staff members. Now if you come in in the morning nine times out of 10 certain staff members will be rude or dismissive. It feels as though they're being troubled if you ask them anything. If the one staff member is not behind the desk you typically won't be able to locate them for hours. I will say the one young man Cody that works in the morning is a good choice during the weekdays. I wish I could say I'm the only one that feels this way but a lot of the members that I talk to that come in the mornings feel the same way. Unfortunately it looks like many of us are going to be leaving and finding another gym.

Gym is clean and equipment is always working properly. Two ways this gym could improve.1) Employees will sometimes try to remind members that they are closing soon even to the extent of yelling loudly. Employees shouldn't be yelling.2) Go back to 24 hours! Restricting hours forces people to work out at the same time. If you open longer members can spread and social distance easier.

I just want to say that I am so happy at this Planet Fitness! The gym is immaculate. The staff is always out on the floor cleaning different parts of the property. Means a lot!!!

24-hour gym, fully equipped with showers, and tanning booth. Large facility with plenty of machines as well as floor space for stretching and mat-work. Super friendly staff and clean facility!

Hi team. Just wanted to let you know that you have a great staff right now. It can be very frustrating at the gym right now with all the restrictions due to COVID. When I saw that the water fountain was covered and could only be used to fill bottles, I was very upset. I had just finished my cardio and left my wallet in the car and frankly didn’t want to buy a bottle of water. I went to the front to ask for a cup so I could have a drink and without hesitation, the gentleman behind the counter grabbed a planet fitness bottle and threw it at me for nothing. As I said, not an easy time right now but how we react speaks volumes about who we are. That made my day. Great customer service.

I love Planet Fitness. There is no judgment just a lot of tolerance and positivity. There is plenty of equipment and they have workout circuits that make it easy to work out your entire body in 30 minutes. This location is also super clean!
