I love Surprise Pilates and Lucie! Lucie teaches us how to get the best work out by teaching us the correct forms and to be mindful of not riding the springs. She makes her classes fun and safe. Lucie understands her students and always make us feel welcome. Love her beautiful studio! And Love our awesome teachers too- Sam and Diane are amazing teachers!

This morning I took a class with Sam! I had heard alot about Sam, but had no idea what I was about to experience! Her session was magnificent. I loved her attention to breathing and clear precise instructions. I've signed up for another of her classes next week! Hope you'll join me!

At 69 years old after several surgeries and significant downtime, I wanted to do some pelvic floor strengthening. Lucie has been wonderful in working with my arthritic joints and mobility issues. We started slowly and she is an expert at modifying moves to accommodate my abilities. 3 months later, I am stronger, more toned and beginning to get back to golf! I love her studio and equipment and her caring personality. So happy she decided to open in Surprise!
