Burn Kickboxing is amazing! I love to workout, but I tend to change things up when I get bored. I am always changing my lifting routine every few months. But for my cardio, Burn has never gotten old for me. I have been doing it since 2019 and still love it!

Love this location! Great vibes & routine. The subscription system is very flexible and full of perks. Coaches are very encouraging and make sure you have the right form all along. Super glad to have joined this studio!

I love the encouragement and support you get from the coaches and fellow members at Burn Kickboxing! I enjoy the workouts and the people. No matter what your fitness level you can adapt the workout to you and there's no shaming for doing modifications. This is the longest I've ever stayed with an exercise program because every day and every class is different. Check out a class. Definitely worth trying

I have been a Burn member for over a year now, and I can honestly say that there is never a dull moment. From the first time I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and a like part of the family, without the intense pressure to join that I had experienced at other places. I love the member diversity (across all categories) in each class I attend, and how everyone is valued as an equal regardless of age, skill level, gender, etc. In addition, as a night RN with a crazy work schedule, I love the availability of multiple class times seven days a week, and the fact that no two classes are alike. While there are a lot of things to choose from, my favorite thing about Burn is the infectious energy that all of the instructors have! They get on that mic and literally make you want to give it your all!In short, if you’re on the fence…take the leap! It’ll be worth it! 💪🏾🥊👊🏾

Super friendly staff and revolving workouts always a little different each time. There are a variety of components and alternatives for easier options. The combinations are a bit tricky to keep up with sometimes. Overall definitely a strong workout. I'm pretty sedentary and have been burning about 250-310 cal per 45m workout. The cost isn't too bad either. It comes out to around $130 per month unlimited classes.

Been loving it and hooked since my first day going. Been trying to track my weight and bf % and in 2 weeks I’m down about 2.5% bf without really changing my diet (I LOVE eating and food and have little to no self control, haha). Tough workouts but a great community and super supportive team in every way.

I started Burn Kickboxing on a trial thinking it would be like every other fitness trend I have tried, and I would never stick with it. Well I was wrong! I just hit my 100th class and am excited to hot more milestones. The energy of the trainers is contagious and the classes fly by they are so much fun. I can’t say getting up for 5 am class is easy, but I have never left a class regretting I went!!!
