I've been going to Burn since it opened. What keeps me coming back is not only are the workouts fun and different each time you go, but the instructors are absolutely amazing and so supportive. They really make it fun to exercise, I love it there!

Before joining burn I was extremely intimidated by gyms and had some very bad experiences. However, the staff at Burn make you feel like you're part of a team, or a big family. Everyone is so supportive and provides so much encouragement, while still giving you the workout of your life! Every week is something new and challenging! There is never a dull moment! Love this place!

I started Burn Kickboxing on a 45 day promotion, but after my first week I already knew I'd be signing up for the regular classes. I have taken kickboxing classes before but they were never this intense! The team at Burn Kickboxing are friendly, motivational, inspiring, and involved in getting you to reach your personal goals. After almost a month there I have seen a huge change in my energy and my endurance. Looking forward to making these classes part of my lifestyle.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Burn Kickboxing!! No judgement, no attitudes! Everyone is there for one reason or another, and the instructors make it fun! You need help, they're right there to help you and motivate you. Yes you'll sweat, yes you'll definitely be sore, and yes at first you can't keep up.. But every day you get stronger, and feel so much better! And it's fun! Great music, and great people 💪

Burn kickboxing is so much fun!!! I can't wait to go back. Its intense yes! But having other people around you work and push themselves, makes you want to do the same. I cant wait to see myself reach my goals and am excited to see how my body is going to change. I highly recommend signing up!! Oh and they have classes all the time! So you never have to worry about thinking it won't fit in your schedule. Call and sign up! You'll be glad you did!!!!

If you are looking for something different from your normal gym workout, this is the place to go! Great energy, great workouts, and lots of calorie burning! The staff is very supportive and always pushes you to the next level. The music is great too...which can make a huge difference when you feel like you are about to give up or slack on those extra squats...lol! I recommend anyone give this a try. You don't have to be a super athlete or extremely fit to survive the routines. Just do your best and you will definitely have fun!

Before I started working out at Burn I was tired all the time, I wasn't eating right and I didn't know how to exercise. I started about 3 months ago and WOW the difference is AMAZING! I have energy I couldn't dream of having, I know how to set goals and how to achieve them, and I have a new found family that supports everything that I do and this is all a thanks to Burn Kickboxing and it's amazing team! I would recommend going here to anyone!

Burn is a great place if you're looking to change up your workout routine. It's high energy and the classes give you a full body workout. The instructors are very helpful and positive, so don't be intimidated if you've never kickboxed before!

At Burn Kickboxing you always get a good workout. The workouts are always different so you never get bored. If you ever are running low on energy, either the music or the instructors (or both) will keep you motivated to push harder. It's a comfortable atmosphere where you can work YOUR hardest, no matter what ability you are currently at, and after just a short while the instructors cheer you on by name. Take some time for yourself and give Burn a try!

I have never been one to stick with working out. I've been a member at Burn for over 2 months now and love it. It's not your typical workout. It has helped me to step outside of my comfort zone. Everyone is great and very welcoming!
