Gross, dirty, and faded employees! The manager Nate lets certain people share memberships until he doesn’t like them anymore then he will cancel the membership on you! Like follow the rules or don’t Nate?!! Had a rude employee named Keegan speak w me tonight but he was so stoned I wonder if he remembers… like try and tell me I’m in the wrong when you’re under the influence at work!? Okay hahahahahhaah.

Canceled my membership today 5/2/2023 and also a membership club fee for 2023 that was posted 5/1/2023. Jessie, the manager at this Planet Fitness, told me he would not refund the membership club fees. No notification was sent that a membership club fee was going to be charged to my account. Very poor customer service you have, charging me your club fees and I canceled the membership and will not be returning. Would not recommend!

Walls. Itself. Though .. So i. Could.hang. my. Pants. Or. Gym Bag.. & clothes....Because I. Was a. Guest. Of. My cousin. & I. Didn't. Hav a. Locker. To. Put. My. Valuables. In...I didn't. Want. To. Leave. My valuables. On. The. Bench. Near. The. Shower. & Risk. Them. Getting. Stolen. While I. Was. In. The. Shower...So. I. Had. To. Put. My. Valuables. In. Her. Locker...Other. than. That. My. Experience. There. Was. Very. Good... And I. Shall. Return

Now you pay more and they don't have 24 hours. When machines break, they stay broken for extended periods of time. There should also be a sign next to wvery machine that says wipe down. Every time I go, a handful people dont wipe down the equipment they were on. No one wants to sit in someone elses sweat. Its sad i have to tell adults to please be mindful and wipe your area down after you use it. Other than that, the staff are knowledgeable and approachable.

Carless employees,the men's room is a dump,no ventilation ever existed,always dirty on every surface ,the toilets are filled to the rim,a true discgrace to tge planet fitness name,ive been a member for 7 years now

Joining Planet Fitness was a great decision. The facility is clean and the staff members are kind. If you're just starting out with your workout journey try the circuit workout section. I joined for $10 dollars a month and only had to put $1 down initially. It's a win win for everyone.

Every planet fitness open 24 hours but these planet fitness they’re always close and unknown time different times example thy all time open in there internet page but in reality sometimes thy close

This gym is in dire need of a renovation! Half the equipment is not working properly. The torso rotation needs to be tightened. The treadmill I used was wobbly and off balanced. The lockers were so damn small I can hardly fit anything in them. They don't have proper changing rooms and the curtains are half broken. What is privacy? The shower is the size of an RV shower so good luck having room. Don't get me started on the really horrible sink sensors as well. This gym is just really run down and needs a massive renovation.

Is way above the price it should be for a membership and for what I can't even afford it does it really matter smelt like b.o. anyway not even sanitary

I will say the my normal experience is not great when there. The staff do really nothing but stand around and I had signed up for the trainer and he also just leaves you there. So I didn't bother with that again. The showers are less than desirable, they need to be cleaned and updated. My biggest issue is that I am moving and I went in to cancel my membership. They of course wont let you do it online or over the phone so you have to make a special trip there just for that. I make sure to do this in December so I would not be charge the annual fee. The receptionist who did the transaction specifically told me I would not be charged. Well they took the money from my account anyway. I called to speak to the manager and she was useless. She said I would have had to cancel the month before in order to not get charged. I told her I did cancel the month before, but apparently it isn't here billing cycle month. I told her what her staff member stated and that they need to honor that and she would not. It' is only $39 but it is the principal of it. She was rude and has no customer service skills. I was planning on seeing if a other location was close to my new home but I am not sure I would join again after this. I guess you get what you pay for and they are cheap.
