Again driving 12 miles to the gymTofind out your closed , this is unexceptable for a facility that claims to be open 24 hrs a day , guests should NOT BE CHARGED for your absence, forthe future whydon't you look into card readers for your outside doors have 1 person on staff to monitor your cameras and facility pay them appropriately so they will stay at their job

Terrible customer service!!! I was having trouble at another location a few weeks ago so I called this location to try to get some help. The girl on the phone was extremely friendly and seemed like she cared about my issues and she was going to help she told me that her manager was going to call on my behalf and help me get my membership canceled and sort out the situation. Apparently all of that was lies because I called my home location today and they never heard from anyone in Camillus and because of that I keep getting overcharged very unhappy very terrible customer service Planet Fitness is a joke

Planet Fitness is excellent and has helped me lose lots of weight over the last three months, we're all gonna make it bros! The people working at this planet fitness are helpful and dillegent, make sure to treat them with kindness and respect.

Planet fitness is a amazing place in itself but this location is great the staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is calming which truly puts a emphasis on the no judgement zone aspect definitely a great place to work out and definitely a upgrade from the garage I was previously working out in I definitely recommend buying a membership and becoming a regular here you won't regret it!

Its a good gym but lately i go 5 times a week and I've seen several members leave there gym machine,, barbell,,, FLOOR MATS THERE TREADMILL DONT SANTIZE THEM JUST WALK AWAY FROM IT AND PROCEED. TO ANOTHER GYM EQUIPMENT AND DO THE SAME VERY DIGUSTING I TOLD THE STAFF ABOUT SO WILL SEE

My favorite PF in the area. Staff is awesome and the layout is very open providing lots of space. My only negative is that some areas for weight lifting aren’t lit well enough.

I’ve been a member there since 2008 nothing is the same being over charged now not once or twice now I’ve caught this more than a few times I’ve emailed and called to get answers and no response to why I’m being charged for something I didn’t agree to , staff there are not professional or friendly at all, who ever the manger I use to know wouldn’t allow this to happen and now it’s completely different and I’ve had enough !

No customer service. They stopped 24/7 access, which is the reason I joined in the first place. I can't get there until 11 at night because of my jobs. Now I can't even get in there to cancel the membership I can't use because they won't accept a cancellation any other way. They also appear too discriminate against anyone's with tattoos. That's sad in this day and age.

The same week you reopened after quarantine there are several members walking around with no mask on while the staff are hanging out at the front desk on their cell phones! When I called to speak with a manager about this I was told he wasn't available and that I should let the front desk know when this happens again! I'm sorry but it is not my job to alert your paid staff about this! I have also sent several emails about my concerns one month later no one has contacted me! Cancelling my membership, do better planet fitness!

Cleanest Men’s Locker room I have ever used in my life! Early mornings, during the week, the showers, toilets, counters and floors are impeccable. Such respect shown towards clients that used these facilities everyday. Thank you
