The staff is so friendly and helpful! Great place for those new to working out in a gym, but also for those that are more advanced.

The staff is very friendly and the gym is very clean and taken care of. During peak hours (after work) it can be quite busy with very few open weight machines, but there is plenty of cardio equipment to use.

This is a nice gym to tighten up or chisel. Not for bulking. No free weight over 75 lbs. no free weight Bench Press. And before I forget Absolutely NO Deadlifts................. Seriously they will ask you to leave

Great equipment and great staff. Never have an issue when coming here and there are several parking spots. Have all the latest equipment as well as several tn bed, massage chairs and hydromassage table

Absolute Garbage. Went into this location in March of 2018, upgraded to a black card, so I could workout down at my dad's house for the six weeks I was there, specifically asked the guy that it would be the remainder of my current contract(3-4months left), he said yes. Next thing I know I'm still getting charged in July of 2018, I go in, I'm now in a one year contract until March of 2019. March of 2019, I try to cancel "Sorry we can't do that it requires a manger" 3-4 times later. I finally cancel it, i call corporate and they say i was never on a contract, and I should've been able to cancel in July of 2018. The Regional Manger pretty much told me to piss off, and that they cant do any sort of refund because I never made a "Cancellation Document". Which no I didnt because every single time the employee would say they cant because there isnt a manager and I would leave. Anyways I'm now out close to 250 dollars to this gym that I never used....

Tried to cancel yearly membership, that auto renewed. Told had to go to different location to cancel. That location won't help either. Once they hook you on membership, they don't ever let you cancel it. Going thru my bank to deny payment at this point.

Good prices, friendly staff, and new machines. The reason it has 1 stars is the fact that whatever HVAC system they have just can't cut it. When it's hot outside it is hot inside, and God forbid it's hot a humid out you go in and it is like working out in a sauna. I am a member mainly to have a place to jog when the weather outside is awful and when it's just as hot inside as it is outside what's the point of paying for a membership

I’m so upset. I loved working out here but I can’t help but think I got lied to. The person at the front desk told me if I cancelled my membership before the first month I wouldn’t be charged the annual $39 fee. Well here I am two months later being charged. I cancelled my membership and told the women at the front desk that I wanted it cancelled but she just froze my account and that’s the reason why I got charged. This is not my fault and now I am being told that even though this was the women’s fault, there’s nothing they can do about it and cannot refund me. I am a college student and can not afford $39 plus the $10 I already paid for the month, for just working out for ONE MONTH.

Great location with adequate space and a ton of machines. The fitness equipment at this location is in very good condition. This type of gym is great for beginners up to intermediate. Downside is no bar free weights. This makes this type of gym makes it very limiting for novice to expert fitness levels to achieve a maximum efficiency and effort. This is my home gym and would recommend it. Parking can be difficult at peak hours as is the case at all gyms at peak. This location is 24hrs.

I don't remember the gym being so hot last year??? 84° I feel like I'm gonna die when I do 10 mins of cardio. All that money and can't afford central air?? hope I don't pass out one of these times
