I love the atmosphere in the room and all the instructors are kind and gentle when teaching. They are all great! Love this yoga studio! One thing to note is their location is in the back of the office park close to the train tracks.

Hard to find (-0.5), the address on the website should say look for the suite number and expect to drive around back of the B.D. loading docks. Better signage would really help too.Instructor Lauri was very helpful. She talked me onto the building, and her instruction style was great. I loved how she was able to tailor to everyone's skill level in the class with her "listen to your body" guidance. I loved everything once I got in the door.

I love this studio. As someone who works from home, Syracuse Yoga has become my in-person community. It’s the place I come to feel welcome, to see familiar faces and chat, and to feel grounded in the present.I’ve been a monthly member for nearly a year now. I can attest that regularly attending classes like Myofascial Release and Yin has increased my awareness of what’s happening with my body, allowing me to find the stretch that’s going to make me feel better in my everyday life.Shoutout to Sophie, Renee, Sam, Felicia, and Kelly for teaching classes that keep me craving the next one.Given all of this, it’s obvious why Syracuse Yoga is one of the reasons I chose to stay in Syracuse - and one of my favorite things to share about this city.

Very relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. For an overweight, out of shape newbie, I did not feel shamed or disparaged in anyway, and instructor was very friendly and gracious.Room decor was calming and pleasant with the large windows, natural light and an abundance of plants.

Syracuse yoga offers a welcoming and supportive environment where yogis of all ranges can explore and progress their practice! As a beginner yogi they offer amazing cuing on form and breathing, and as you advance they offer upgrades to challenge your practice or refreshers on the basics! Couldn’t recommend Syracuse yoga more!
