Epic Gym Experience! Was in town visiting some family and called up Thomas to see if I could purchase a week long pass. It was only $43 for the week and using there trusty app you can access the gym 24/7. Not too crowded and has a good amount of equipment and machines, 2 full size squat racks with brand new barbells. Thomas, a veteran in the reserves now, was super friendly and provided an overall awesome experience. Will definitely be back anytime I’m in South Tampa!

love this gym. I can’t do large packed gyms and this one is small and never crowded. guests can control the music through an iPad. never had any weird encounters with other male guests like I usually would at a bigger gym. so grateful to have found the forge :)

It's a great place to workout. They've got a diverse amount of equipment like trap bars and even boxing stuff. If you want to workout where you're not waiting to use equipment and get a quick workout in, this is the place for you! Great equipment and awesome location as well!

Beautiful small gym very well maintained. The price is worth it for the exclusivity. I can't wait for shower to be installed since I go early in the morning cause I work early in the am. Owner says they are working on getting some!

I love this gym! The staff are are super friendly and always keeps the gym clean. The owner Tom is great and always willing to answer any questions and help you with whatever is you need. Everything you’ll need to get a good workout in is there and always working

I stopped into this gym for a week and it was AWESOME! Great equipment, easy access, friendly and welcoming owner. Love that they have a boxing room and area for stretching and mobility. Highly recommend. I will be definitely be back!

I love the atmosphere here! Everyone is very friendly and for those who want to avoid crowds at commercial gyms this is the place to be! Char is one of the trainers here and she is phenomenal, I 10/10 recommend The Forge!

Amazing gym for the size. Always clean and well kept up, the atmosphere here is very inviting and they have every machine that was needed. Would recommend 10/10 experience here

The staff at the forge are friendly and personable. One staff member, Ernie, helped me workout and spotted me for all my necessary sets. I would recommend the forge to anyone looking for a gym.
