The staff at the forge are friendly and personable. One staff member, Ernie, helped me workout and spotted me for all my necessary sets. I would recommend the forge to anyone looking for a gym.

Awesome gym! Owners are nice, gym is clean and has everything you need. Parking is easy and you almost never have to wait to use equipment.

My name Is Matt I am one of the Independent Trainers at The Forge. The Forge has been a fantastic spot for me and my clients. Having utilized a few different facilities for my training services Tom (Owner) and the Forge have been my favorite and the most professional location I have been to. A very friendly and hard working atmosphere really help my clients perform to the best of their abilities. The equipment is top notch and some machines even hard to come by. Dumbbells up to 150lbs, multiple squat racks, and glute bridge machine are always appreciated :) The facility is very clean, and the members and staff try to keep it that way, wiping down all equipment. Overall the gym is very welcoming, great for all ages and you will have more quality workouts here than at most competitor gyms especially corporate, in the area. Busy times of the day are around 5-7:30pm normal after work hours. Least busy times are in the mornings around 8am-12noon and in the early afternoon. Joined here a year ago and never looked back. You wont find a better gym in all of Tampa. Great equipment, laid back vibes and 24/7 access. What more could you ask for?

Checked out a few different gyms in south tampa. This place hands down is my favorite. Small gym with everything you need. Purchased a year membership up front for a discount.Never overcrowded. Fair priced.

In town for spring break and found this great local place. Had all the equipment you could ask for and the management was super kind. If you need to get a lift in while in Tampa or looking to join a gym, I definitely would recommend checking this place out!

The Forge is the best gym in Tampa. No matter what avenue of fitness you’re involved in, The Forge has something to offer. Tom takes great pride in maintaining a clean and well kept gym with the nicest equipment. The members at The Forge are always encouraging and push you to be the best that you can be.

I love using the Forge’s gym when I’m in town to visit family. They offer a great deal with a $40 weekly pass & the gym is open 24/7. The customer service is always great & it’s a very nice & clean gym with a great location.
