This gym is the PERFECT gym. Locally owned and operated, 24/7 access, wonderful equipment. Supporting local is SO important especially when the owners of a great establishment take so much pride and effort in making sure that their members get exceptional services. You will LOVE the atmosphere, energy and especially the top of the line equipment that THE FORGE has. If you're in the South Tampa or surrounding areas and aren't going here you are missing out.

Great gym. Really like the 24/7 aspect, cleanliness and high quality equipment. Worked out with Matt one of the independent trainers there. He was very professional and showed me some great exercises. Highly recommend this facility!

I did guest passes at most of the gyms in south tampa area and this one won me over by a landslide. I always joke that it’s my “private gym” because the crowd is minimal. It has a great mix of machines and free weights, is never overwhelmingly packed, and the owner goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed. They also continuously upgrade and add things to accommodate recommendations (including some of the ones I’ve made!). You’d have to pay me to step foot in a Tampa crunch again

Been going to box gyms and boutique one-on-one gyms everywhere from $30 a month to $350 a month, and no experience is greater than lifting with my family at the Forge. Everyone is super friendly, the equipment is top tier, and with the 24/7 availability you are able to get a workout in no matter what. The owners are cordial and pay attention to the needs of their members!

Love this place! I was looking to get away from the busy commercial gyms in Tampa that are always packed at 5pm, and I found the perfect hidden gem. The Forge is always a friendly and comfortable environment, smaller space but all of the equipment you will need. The owners are super friendly and easy to communicate with. If you’re looking for a great gym environment and escaping the masses of people at commercial gyms, this is the place. And it’s always a plus to support a local and veteran owned business.

I’ve been looking for a gym in the Tampa area for about 6 months and I’ve tried many different ones. I found this one online and the owner was cool enough to give me a free 3 day trial.If you are looking for a better workout and some privacy as you work out this gym is perfect. It’s got everything you need no matter what kind of workouts you are into.It’s 24 hours and never too crowded although when there are people in there they are also taking their workouts seriously and seem to all be friends with each other at the same time. It makes for a comfortable and progressive experience everytime you walk in the building.I will be signing up because I know I will get my results here and probably make some friends along the way.Thanks for the trial I now know where I am comfortable with my routine.

This gym is my happy place. I’ve tried many gyms in the past, mostly chains, and none of them made me comfortable like this gym does. Every gym I’ve been to made me feel like I was being compared and judged. I love this gym because everyone is so friendly and you can be yourself without feeling like you’re being scrutinized. I have a million good things to say about this place. For such a small place there is every piece of equipment I would need and plenty of space where you don’t feel crowded. I cannot recommend this place more.

Perfect gym for strength training/cardio. Private 24/7 access allows me to fit my work out into my changing schedule. Nice and accommodating staff. Great price for what you get - it is worth the privacy and constant access to the equipment I need for each workout (no waiting). The only reason I have to end my membership is because I am moving. Overall: 10/10 would recommend and that is coming from a previous member of crunch, LA fitness, and Anytime Fitness.

I really love this gym. The staff and personal trainers are super friendly and that's so hard to find. I am so glad I joined this gym because it's so much more welcoming than any other gym I've been to. The fact that they actually provide 24 hour gym availability is amazing because my work hours can get crazy so i love to be able to get up anytime of the day and head in for a workout.
