Union Three

The "family" at Union Three rescued me from going down the wrong path of overating and under exercising while using the excuse of Covid! I have never looked foward to a "work out" in my life until I joined Union 3. Their Spin and Yoga classes are second to none in Tampa. Every time I leave the studio I feel inspired to take on the world! If you need inspiration or motivation...come join the family at Union 3!

What a gem we have here in Tampa! This studio will help lift you up when you’re feeling down and make you feel even better when you’re doing great. Every class is an awesome workout, fun, and full of positive energy!

Took spin class one time. Frank was very welcoming. Brought a package after just 1 class. I've spin @other studios and this was different in a good way. I got a better quality workout. And we get COLD wash clothes after classs!!! Amazing!!!

Clean and very sleek environment! I’m always greeted warmly and they have an attendant who happily helps you adjust your bike. I can’t speak on the yoga yet, but I can say with confidence that you won’t be disappointed if you take Candice’s spin class; it’s basically a party that makes you feel empowered and energized!

My favorite studio of all time. Everyone there makes you feel like family! They know everyone’s name personally and they all make you feel special. Frank and Dani along with the instructors/staff have done an amazing job. All the classes about you and your success. They make it about you and not them. Judgement free zone!

Union 3 radiates bright light and positive energy, even in dark rooms. The staff, cyclers, and yogis are so kind, encouraging, and inspiring. It seems that everyone is working on creating the best versions of themselves while supporting others in doing the same. This isn’t just a place to get a good sweat in... this place embodies community and service, while strengthening mental and physical health! ❤️

The best! The instructors are so talented and encouraging. It does not matter your fitness level, the classes are for everyone. The moment you walk into the door all the staff is friendly and knows your name. The studio is beautiful and very clean. The community is so supportive of each other which I have not experienced anywhere else.

Absolutely the most welcoming, hard-working, and COMMUNITY-BASED fitness environment that I have ever visited and been a part of. From the moment you walk in, you are immediately welcomed by the front desk staff (and sometimes the instructors or members) that will get you set up for class! The studio itself is immaculate with sleek lockers (some with built-in USB ports to charge your phones), a refillable water bottle station, shower stalls with shampoo, conditioner and face/body wash, and let's not forget the Dyson dry bar! They provide so many amenities all while adhering to COVID guidelines which is a huge plus for those that want to get out of the house and still be safe. Whether you're in the cycle or yoga room, you can immediately FEEL the vibes oozing off the walls from the music to the lighting. And let's not forget about the classes itself - all of the instructors are challenging in their own way, whether it's your first class or your 500th (because there's a member there that has taken 500 classes now). It's never the same cycle/yoga/HIIT class twice but they always have a way of making the most out of your time. The classes are all beginner-friendly and there's nothing more endearing that having people you never met before say 'hi' or give you a thumbs up or cheer you on during class. Everyone that comes into Union Three makes a true connection, whether with the instructor or someone they met during/after class, that keeps them coming back for more. And that's all that Union Three is truly about! I can't imagine going anywhere else and finding the connection, strength & community I've found here. It truly is a one-of-a-kind studio right here in Tampa Bay

Fantastic studio and amazing instructors. From day one, every single staff member and instructor focuses on a whole-hearted welcoming into the community - regardless of fitness level - to ensure you feel your best both in and out of class. The Malin + Goetz bath products were also a nice surprise!
