The massage guns have been broken for almost a month now. I'm not getting the full value of my membership from this location. Don't sign up here if you expect a well maintained facility

Started my weight-loss journey at this EOS 3 years ago… it has now become so packed that there isn’t any time where your going and the crowd meter is low.. go early in the morning packed, go in the afternoon packed go in the evening packed. Truly thinking about canceling my membership. I shouldn’t have to drive 5 miles to go to a gym that’s packed if this one is too full. They closed down the Ahwatukee location for what? And don’t plan on opening another one remotely close to Tempe for another year 2 years? Come on dude.

Horrible gym, equipment always down for service and staff is ran by young kids with no clue how to run business. EŌS in general is horrible; fancy looking equipment, but buyer beware they will completely ignore you and won’t let you cancel. Currently fighting them as they are trying to charge me even after I’ve canceled my membership.

BUYER BEWARE - Horrible customer service. This company is more concerned about profit and policies than people. I would not waste money at EOS. There are a ton of gyms that actually care for comparable prices. I have NEVER had an issue bringing my daughter as my guest since I pay for the black membership. Apparently you can bring guests but if they are 13-15 the guest has to have a membership. My daughter and I were asked to leave without being offered help or suggestions. Just told that she is not considered a guest and would need her own membership. It took my daughter a lot of courage to continue to show-up at the gym and this experience was humiliating for her! When I called to complain I received nothing but pushback. No apology or empathy…..just…..that’s the policy. I will not support a gym that treats people like that and make sure as many people know as possible about my horrible experience.

So the facility is great and the people who run it are awesome. But don’t do personal training if you don’t have a perfect schedule for Eos Fitness. They struggle to handle if you have to change the time of your lesson and then still charge you for personal training. 10 times. Even after you call them and tell them “hey, you guys are failing to provide your services and have been for weeks now, can you maybe not do that?” They’ll still charge you for services and then they’ll say they’ll call you back and put you in contact with their “district manager.” Just save yourself the trouble and call your banks fraud department. Keith is an amazing personal trainer tho, 10/10.Edit: so it’s been 3 months and I’m still getting calls from “ABC solutions” which is who they do their billing for their personal fitness through. Lmao, it’s so silly that they are expecting to get paid for a service that they’re actually not even trying to provide me. They should really stop tho cos it’s actually incredibly annoying. I still love the facility.

I would recommend any other EŌS. I have never had issues at any EŌS before coming to this gym. All they care about is taking your money. They took the love out of fitness, very disappointed in the head trainer

First time in this location. Busy at 1pm.. it’s small gym comparing to other EOSs i have been. It’s cleanish, but I don’t blame staff, I blame people who are going there. They have outside area which I love and it’s not so busy.

Super crowded anytime after 5pm, but if you go in the morning it's more then ok. Equipment is good and staff is typically pretty friendly. Only issue I've had is sometimes I'm told that I don't have a guest pass when I definitely pay for one. Mostly just the typical gym BS.

Summer in the kids club is amazing! While the website was down and I was having trouble adding my child, she went over and beyond to help me.
