I usually don’t take the time to leave a bad review, but I want to warn anyone I can to STAY AWAY from this place. IT’S A SCAM.I canceled my membership IN PERSON in January and they are still charging me to this day. The front desk can’t assist at all and just said the manager would call me back. I called 4 times and the manager(s) NEVER had the courtesy to call me back. It says my cancellation is still “pending”, REALLY?It’s like once you decide to leave they have ZERO consideration for you.I had to call my bank to cancel the charges and asked for a refund.My husband was charged for a training he did not receive, the trainer’s schedule was a mess and he had to pay extra if he wanted the same service, plus the gym is always crowded.I will tell everyone I know to NEVER get a membership with EŌS. It’s a scam. I don’t know if this location is a reflection of the whole corporate. But if it’s not, their team obviously need to go through some basic training.If I could leave a zero star review I would.

I just wish they’d fix the massage chairs one dayUpdate: I just received a call from EOS asking for the chair issues. I’m not sure if they’ll fix it soon but I’m glad they seem to be concerned.

Do you enjoy a younger clientele who LOVE to leave messes for others to clean up? Do you love tasteless club rat music pumping overhead? Do you love a inexperienced staff who aren’t that fit themselves? Do you love it when they correct you on an exercise that you learned in basic training, but they claim it makes me appear “aggressive”? Then look no further…

Nice people, a little too much chlorine in the hottub burned my eyes a bit but the employees are almost always kind, considerate and thoughtful, the patrons also, except for the dirty birds that throw thier used towels on the ground or in a corner like they love to be catered to like a pampered Prima Donna!

Way too busy for several treadmills to be down. Pretty much a fashion contest in this place! Can't get a decent workout because all they care about is getting memberships sold and it is way overcrowded! Not for the average person just trying to get fit. More of a hang out instead of training environment! People speeding through the parking lot also just about got hit! Management needs to get control of this place! Save your money and time and go somewhere else!

HELLO EOS FITNESS MANAGEMENT. I just want to say Heather from Body Pump is amazing. Her classes are awesome and It brings people together to sweat, connect and learn from each other while also getting in shape and feeling good at the same time.She's full of energy she's always smiling and she is very good and very energetic and she explains her classes step by step. she is just the most amazing body pump instructor that EOS has as a BodyPump instructor in the valley.

Whatever you do, do not sign up for any kind of welcome workout or training "deal." It is a scam and they will charge ridiculous sums and promise refunds that take forever. At least the trainer I had was honest enough to warn me about what I had really signed up for.The gym itself is busy, but that's to be expected at this time of year, so it's fine. Their yoga classes are good though.

I absolutely love the GFit classes at this location. I highly recommend Heather Filman's Friday Bodystep at 5:15! She teaches that class with an amazing amount of passion and positive energy. It's an intense cardio workout that is so much fun, and the instructor just has a way of bringing things out of you that you had no idea you were capable of.
